    what length of pin for quad??

    Its been a few years since ive injected in my quads. I will need to this cycle so what length pin is the best? 1 or 1 1/2in????

    most use one inch for quads, delts

    and 1.5 only for glutes

    Depends on how lean you are. I hate needles and i only use 1" on my quads and 5/8 on bi, tri, chest and delts. Never had any problems yet.
