    New and Lost!!

    Ok here is the deal, I am back in the gym after way too long of a break. I need to drop the gut and build some more muscle. I am 6' 278 lbs. I have a big frame and do not look that heavy. One of my buddy's suggested a cycle of Deca and D-bol. The problem is I am trying to get a job that will no doubt make me piss. I really want to burn fat and bulk up, bad. I am eating only protein now. Grilled chicken breasts, steak, hard boiled egg whites, and shakes mixed with water, not milk. Also some fruit. I take creatine before workouts as well. Is there anything else I can do? Will the Deca and Dbol show up ion a test? Any info will be much appreciated. And before I get flamed, yes I have been searching this site, my head is spinning!

    deca and dbol is a terrible idea, as for showing up on a test depends what there testing for i would suggest you sort your diet before doing steroids , do you know what your bf% is?

    First, go to the guy suggesting a deca /dbol cycle, and kick him in the nuts.

    They don't test for steroids it's too expensive.

    You need to build a better base and reduce your bodyfat before using steroids.

    I have been on a very strict diet, but with being hypothyroid, it is very hard for me to lose weight.

    I don't know my BF%, but I would guess quite high. I mainly have a gut. Too many years of BBQ and beer. Legs are fairly tone, and a wide chest with broad shoulders.

    What else do you suggest?

    First, you diet needs help.Check out the diet section of this website.
    Second, you should NOT cycle to loose weight.You need to concentrate on cardio at this particular time.Post your stats so we can help you.

    you should be doing at leat 45 minutes of cardio. It takes the body 15minutes just to get into a fat burning mode! If you have a thyroid problem , get your doctor to straighten that out first.

    It has been a while since my last blood work, about 2 months. I was real close to where I needed to be, so my DR doubled my dose. I need to get back for blood work, but ins was canceled when I got laid off, guess I will just have to pay out of pocket.

    Sounds like your bf% is to high to consider cycling any ways... not to mention that cycle is extremely poor advice bro....... Terrible... These aren't magic workers.... not to mention there is a proper way to cycle with these substances. Just work on the diet, bf% and then we will be more than glad to help you do a cycle. Some take this very hard... a lot of people get to hear what they dont want to hear. but this is to benefit you and your safety.

    I really appreciate the honesty from all of the feedback. I am going to take the advice. I bumped up my cardio today to 30 min, I will be at 45 by the end of the week. Also, I think my diet is good. All protein. Or should I change that too?

    All protein?
    Post your diet.
    Then go read the diet section. After you read there for a few day you will start saying OMG I know nothing about diet and my died SUCKS

    All protein? You should definitely change that. You need fats and carbs.

    Yeah I was thinking about making a smart a$$ comment to about the ALL PROTEIN but I held bad.
    I have my GF on a all protein diet also. hehehehe
