yeah dont stress to much..just eat the six meals a day..keep your workouts short and heavy..try including more good fats like olive oil for cooking and avocado, nuts and so on..this will help.. but yeah steroids wont give you what your looking for at this stage..sleep when ever you can..drink lots of water..and dont make your self sick from eating to much..thats not good for digestion. dont worry about the fast metabolism trust me you will be glad you have a fast one when your massive. you will grow.. just give it time mate..

and also they are used in people who suffer aids to help stop muscle wastage, or in people who have suffered in accidents to stop muscle wastage or aid in muscle repair.

I will head into town tomorrow and checkout some of the health food shops see if i can pick the stuff up from a local shop.
I have put together a diet plan based on what i read in that post. To start i have opted for 6 meals a day to ease my body into the regular eating routine again and i will add another meal when i feel my body is able to take it.
This is the plan i put together what do you guys think?
Meal 1 (8:00)
4 egg whites, 2 Scoop of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
How is this eaten, is it blended up with milk or something?
Meal 2 (10:30)
2 tins of tuna mixed with mayonnaise and some veggies
Meal 3 (13:00)
1 x chicken breast with ½ cup of brown rice and green veggies
Workout 45 minutes(14:30)
PWO Nutrition (15:15)
2 Scoops of why protein mixed with 1 tea spoon flax oil and full fat milk)
Meal 4 (17:00)
1 x chicken breast with ½ cup of brown rice
Meal 5 (19:00)
1 x tin of tuna mayo and pasta
Meal 6 (21:30)
3 Scoops of why protein mixed with 1 tea spoon flax oil and full fat milk)
Surely can't be a bad improvement to start me off for the first couple weeks then increase it over time. I think my realistic target would be to gain 5lb's a month if more then great
comments welcome

Well on days your swiming id try get a small carb full meal in as soon as you wake up ie a nice bowl of ceral. and id also chuck in a small post workout shake after the swim session. And other days id push back the 0800 meal to 0830 and have another breakfast as soon as you get up. try that latter on though.
like you said start slow and build yourself up to it, otherwise you will just end up feeling sick and spending half the day taking dumps because your body will not be used to the extra food. so looks good bro.
also you dont have to eat just chicken, mix it up a bit bro throw in turky or ham if you need a change, i personaly have a differnet thing for lunch and dinner everyday.

nice one charger, I'm off out to the shops tomorrow to pick up next weeks food as i'm starting the new diet from Monday. I opted for chicken becuase its quick and easy to make and cos i like it but in a couple months i'll probably hate it so yeah i'll mix it up try and get a good steak in my diet every other day instead of a chicken.
As for eating before swimming i thought that was a bad idea? I have tried it before and was in the pool for 20 minutes before running to the toilet to throw up my bran flakes lol
The only meal i am unsure of is meal 1, i read it on the post you linked me too but not sure how to prepare it lol. With it being oatmeal i assumed it would be blended with the egg whites and whey protein. If possible i'd like to replace this to something with less hassle like a simple shake and cereal but i dont want to miss out on the benefits of the egg whites and oats if they are important?

lol yeah i know the feeling it takes awhile for your body a bit to get used to it, but if you have it first thing in the mourning there should still be bout halfhour before you start swimming, unles of course you own your own pool.
you dont have to follow it exactly if you dont like something change it, the main thing is to try and get good amount of protein and carbs in. i personally boil eggs and dont eat the yoke out of 2 of the 4 eat the oats with milk and have the protein shake on the way to work. for you you could use that shake as your post swim then once you have had your shower and that have your eggs and oats.

Made some minor alterations to my Diet plan and found out from all the packing what Protein, Carbs and Fat i will be getting. Added it all up and found the below results
Daily Total [P = 239g C = 380g F = 101g]
Calories [P = 956] [C = 1500] [F = 909] Daily Total = 3365
This is a big increase in calories from the diet i was on a year ago and I want to check if i got the ratio about right for gaining weight?Last edited by fbm; 06-12-2009 at 10:21 AM.

you need to stop doing cardio when you are trying to bulk up!! On top of it I get the feeling that you do not even need cardio! at your weight I bet your metabolism is in overdrive. you need to just eat every 2 hours If what you are eating is not helping you to gain weight, keep adding calories 350-500 at a time until you start growing! Some people might not agree with me but with your metabolism I would say even throw some butter on some of your food! some extra calories from fat is not going to hurt you right now! It is just a matter of figuring out how many calories you are eating! from what you said i think you are only around 3500-5000day some people have to eat up to 10,000 a day!! Lot of foods high in calories that are not that filling. 2 bagels with butter and wheat germ is like 750+ right there! SO as someone once told me when I asked them how I gain weight They told me " eat til you feel like you are going to puke... and then... EAT SOME MORE!!"

Aggreed man. Just the stickies alone can get you through a week of good reading. Then trying to look at some of the diets posted by others really shows you how dedicated people are. Great site.
