Exclamation On cycle, Lagging Body parts

I noticed while im on cycle I heal much quicker and I am not as sore as I normally am.

Would it be a good idea to hit my lagging body parts 2x per week, just the lagging ones, not everything?

    Thanks

Yeah just make sure your diet is conformed to help.

When signs of overtraining begin to set in, fatigue, joint soreness etc. back off

haha yeah listening to your body is one of the most important things for one to do.

And yes training more often has be show to help w/ gains and in some instances help with recovery (active rest)
