advice on clen
please only if you have used it .
im thinking of trying it .but im hitting 40 and have been given different advice on this . some say its ok to use others told me at my age its too stressful on the heart.
but recently im struggling to keep my body fat under control . ive stepped up the cardio watched my diet even more carfully than i ever have still its managed to creep up to 17% and feels to me like its rising .
ive read on here different things but im still clearer . and with the dangers some have said to me about heart attacks and stuff i would like to be more informed before i make a decission
cheers drew

I don't remember who but a member on here actually posted a study where it actual benefited people who were dealing with possible heart failure. Personally I see it as if you don't have anying ailments under the web of heart disease and are at a bf % which you don't have a gut then I'd say it would be ok to use. Also you should be acustomed to doing regular bouts of cardio.

i am a chef mate . so i know what foods are good for me and which ones i like lol (the ones that aint good for you )
but my diet is ok . lots of veg grill and baked chicken lots of fruit and water . keep away for most breads . sort of if you cant kill it or grow it dont eat it .and stay away from pastry.. JKING . BUT MY DIET IS O NOT 100% CAUSE I DO LIKE NO ALCHO BEER.
sorry diversing . one thing is i suffer from astma . not bad but enough to make me need my inhalers . i was told again i dont know the truth but clen is given to people with cronic astma because it opens the air valves .? this true .
thanks for the help

There is a lot more to diet than knowing what foods are good for. Knowing the amounts to eat and when to eat them is of vital importance. If your bodyfat is 17% your diet is more than likely poor and in need of fixing before thinking about clen .

Be sure and list your ht/wt and estimated bf%. Also include calorie totals for the food not just what you are eating please.

I have used clen and if your diet is not in check then clen is useless. Follow the advice you have been given and you will see great results should you decide to use it.
