Novice question
Hi All i'm new to this forum and to using steroids and was after a little help.
My profile is
im 21 years old male from uk, weigh 128 pounds, 58kg and have been training quite hard using protein shakes down the weights bay and also doing cardiovascular work. My body fat is currently at 4% and i am 5ft 7, with 28" waist.
I am looking into getting anavar tablets to increase my potential gains at the gym as the gains i am getting aren't as noticeable or rapid as i would like, basically the question is whether it is recommended and what doses should i be taking, i was thinking of doing a cycle like the following:
1 5mg tablet a day for a week
2 5mg tablet a day for a week
3 5mg tablet a day for a week
4 5mg tablet a day for a week
3 5mg tablet a day for a week
2 5mg tablet a day for a week
1 5mg tablet a day for a week
is this too weak to get noticeable gains?
My goals are too increase in muscle size but too keep it looking lean and ****** ("beech body")
Any help is appreciated and like i said i am a novice so take critisism easy

Your too young to use AS.
How tall are you?
Your problem is you just need to eat.

you are tiny man. Please dont start taking AS.
go to the diet forum and learn how to eat, the guys on here will help you a ton.

21 is a little young, 4%BF, need to start eating, why don't you visit the Diet forum and get on a great bulking diet. at the age of 21 you should have no problem gaining strength, how often are you working out? and what were you expecting to see? It sounds that your goals are already completely unrealistic.

I have been eating healthy foods 5 times a day with protein high diet. I do weight training 4-5 times a week, spli mon, tues, thurs, fri and possibly a day on the weekend and do heavy lifting opposed to lots of reps. I also do cardiovascular workouts 5 times a week for about an hour using treadmill, cycling and rowing.
Goals are to increase muscle size and definition.
I will check out the diet forum but i was under the impression that a mild steroid such as oxybolone or anavar would help me to recover from training and allow me to work out harder.

100% diet, you THINK your diet is good but there is NO way you can be that skinny if you eat the right food. It's not just about quantity but quality. You can eat a TON of food with empty calories and not gain weight. I have seen a lot of stick skinny people with guts because they eat bad but they eat a lot.
If you start eating a couple chicken breast a day (skinless) 1-2 cans tuna, fruit, veg, 6+ eggs, oatmeal and MORE you will gain weight.

get your diet in check. i'm 22 and weight 93kg. once you get your diet in check you will notice good gains. best of luck

I find it hard to believ you are 4% BF!! that is super unhealthy to stay that low!! Did you get clipped or are you guessing? Anavar needs to be run at higher doese but in no way are you ready to use it! Do you understand that steroids are very dangerous? You will just use steroids without very much knowledge, would you just pop a handful of Morphine or Methadone without knowing how much you should take! Almost as dangerous with AAS in the long run
