First Cycle - Need some help and clarification please....

I'm 28, 6'2, and about 165 lbs. I'm looking to put on some weight and lean mass. I've gotten up to about 180-185 lbs. once before, and that's when I was taking numerous over the counter supplements, but lost the weight whortly after. I'm wanting to put on some size this time, and need help as far as the route to go. This will be my first time cycling. A friend of mine suggested doing Test 500mg, along with D-Bal to jump start. Now, taking it from there, I would love to hear some feed back as what else I should do or make sure I have on hand...... Thanks.

Here is all you need Bro,
UNoffical "How to Bulk" thread and sample diet...

As far as cycling you need to post your stats,

    BF%
    Yrs Training
    Diet
    PCT(Post Cycle Therapy )

It's hard to give good advice when there are many unknowns. But as for a First time cycle, you should go Test only, either Test Cyp or Enth. nothing else.

at 6'2, the natural potential for your frame is about 220-230 lbs. That means that you SHOULD be able to get to and maintain at least 220 BEFORE ever needing steroids

you got up to 185, what happened? If you can't maintain even 185, what makes you think you will be able to maintain any gains you make from using steroids before you reach your natural potential?

YES you will make gains! but if you don't know how to eat correctly NOW to get there, then you will be wasting the gear and stressing your body for nothing

it ALL about DIET and hwo and when you eat....IF you get that corrected and are consistent with that then you will start to make gains NATURALLY.....

Keyword newest... If you hold to that for a month faithfully you will put on 8 lbs at least. I would say even more myself, what was your prior diet looking like? What is your current training routine looking like?

previous diet wasn't nearly as routine as it is now, nor as much intake as now, just because of situations at the time. I'll keep this diet up for a month or so and see how it goes. Any other suggestions as to bulking up?

Meal 5, 7 , 8 are rather useless..... Protein shakes are quick energy. I would much rather substitute whole foods in there rather then liquid..... Others can use some small tweaking as well... Try getting at phate or jamyjamjr
