Benadryl reduces sleep quality and recovery ??

i heard from someone today that benadryl ( diphenhydramine) actually makes the body gets lesser REM sleep and doesnt sleep as deep...

which explains the morning grogginess people get... and impairs recovery...

does this mean ketotifen will be a better alternative to benadryl in stacking it with clen

Its said Ketotifen is better than benny. Forget the sleep quality but its debatable that benny actually helps the recpetors in any ways. Go for Ketotifen.

Dunno, I personally sleep like a log when I take a bene. It's possible about that I'm not fully hitting REM because I dream less while on bene as well.

yes it does reduce rem sleep, its not good to take all the time. It messes with your natural sleep cycle.
