New to steroids and have a question..
Ok a quick background.
Due to a car accident that left be bed ridden for a long period of time. i lost majority of my muscle. I have gained some back over time but my calfs and stomach muscles have not really come back. Nothing considerable anyway. I am not fat but what i do have is more fat than muscle. So i am not very toned at all.
Furthermore i have end stage renal failure. My kidneys are f****d already. So damaging them from steroids isnt an issue. I also have to have hemo dialysis 3 times a week. (for those who dont know what it is its basically a machine i hook up to that filters my blood)
I am not stupid and i have done plenty of research. Basically my findings suggest its safe for me to do a cycle. AAS therapy has been tried on hemo dailysis patients before with positive results. As for the lack of muscle i will not be jumping straight into a cycle i will be religiously exercising to gain some strength, endurance and mass before i start using. I also will not inject and run off the gym thinking i am superman. i will lift what my current strength is suited for. i REALLY dont want to rip anything.
So basically i want some opinions on whether someone in my position should try using steroids??
As i said i have done my research and as long as im smart i feel i should be ok. I will be taking sustanon 250 starting on 250mg a week. Depending on results i may increase dose to 500mg with some prope, testo LA or cypinate.
I have a friend who started on sustanon 250 and prope with absolutely amazing results in a matter of weeks. Although i suspect he was using a very high dose. I will be playing it smart and not doing any extreme doses. My goal is to basically get fit with a noticeable muscle gain. Nothing too extreme.
Anyway my questions are.
Is it safe for me to start a cycle of Sustanon 250 given my condition?
Has anyone with medical conditions used steriod with good/bad results?
Any opinions/comments/thought will be appreciated.

Yup, you need to talk to your doctor about getting a referral to an endoctrinologist.
You may be eligible to be put on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
... I doubt anyone here will suggest a cycle, it'd be to risky, and i'd definitely leave that call to a specialist! seriously. you should be talking to a a hormone specialist in regards to this question..
your kidneys are already "f*cked".. and doing AAS makes kidneys work even harder then usual to process the extra protein, etc..
Definitely talk to a doctor man. I wouldn't take internet advice on something like this!Last edited by seriousmass; 06-16-2009 at 02:57 PM.
