The ever illusive "Clen Scheduale"
I am about to start my first clen run and I have 10 weeks before I must reach desired condidtion. So many different sheduales, dosages, durations out there and I'm looking for some more consistant answers.
Can I run it for the 10 weeks INCLUDING breaks in beetween?
Where, when and would you use keto/benadryl for the recepts?
How would you taper up and down?
My Vitals are as follows:
-working with LIQUID -200mcg/ml
-27 yrs
-6 ft
-215 LBS
-Bodyfat is in the high teens.

actually you should get on a diet then, clen is only a supplement and won't do anything without a good diet/cardio routine behind it

personaly ive seen the best results with 1day on one day off...you can do it as long as you want without the benadryl...start day one with 40-60mcg devided into 3doses every 3hours...day day seven bump it up to 100mcg/day devided into 3 every 3hours..then after u do 3days of that bump it to 120mcg/day..so in 7 days for example, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 ur only taking the clen on day 1-3-5-7.
