PCT + 2 weeks of rest and then new cycle??
So I am coming apon my last few days of my Anavar cycle (50mg a day for 6 weeks) and I have a Tbol only cycle planned after this.
So I was going to do PCT (clomid 50mgs a day) for 2-3 weeks and then take only 1 weeks rest and then go onto a cycle of Tbol. I know this not recommended but is it really that horrible to go into a 60mg tbol cycle for 50 days after running a minimal dosed Anavar only cycle??
I know most people will say PCT+ 6 weeks of rest but is it ok if I cut it short??

I honestly did not know nor ever heard about Tbol. I am not a huge fan of steroids but I am slowly getting into them.
I know I broke the rule but i started this Anavar cycle at 6'4 264lbs (27-28% BF), i am now 237lbs (18% BF). I used it as a jump start and pretty much doing insane amount of cardio at the sametime gaining muscle and strength.
I have worked with a trainer the whole time who does local/regional body building comps. He was my trainer for the past 3 years until I got like deathly sick for 8-9 months before this and gained like 30lbs and lost all my muscle due to the prednisone (not sure how its spelt) i was on.
So basically my routine was
45minutes pre breakfast cardio
1 hour of lifting 20 minutes of cardio
Another 45minutes of cardio in the afternoon on my days off from lifting (2)
My diet was:
Cardio
6 egg whites 2 whole eggs on whole wheat toast
12 ounces of grilled chicken 3-4 cups of brocolli
2 servings of insalted peanuts
1 Protein shake (Max pro 1 scoop) with Max Carb additive (1 scoop), 1 cup of skim milk
Lifting/Cardio
PWO- 2 scoops of whey (matrix 5.0) and 1 cup of skim milk
12 ounces of girlled chicken 3-4 cups of brocolli
Pre Bed meal (6 ounces of London Broil)
I am at about 7 weeks with everything and I have made a major change in my body for the most part and my trainer has thought so too. I leave it up to him so that I never Plateu in the gym with my workouts/ muscle/ fat loss.
I know alot of my gains are due to my diet and consistency in the gym but the anavar gave me the boost i needed and helped with the ability to build muscle while doing a TON of cardio.
Btw I am going to rest for the 6 weeks..........

i think the diet could use a little tweeking, the nutrient partitioning is all over the place
i'll give you my opinions on it if you like, but you'll have to write out:
the macros for each meal
the total macros and cals for the day
your BMR

I have tried to do the Macro thing before and I could never figure out how to use that friggin program someone gave me. If you have another one you like to use I will try it again.

i'm going to do some early morning cardio, but i'll get back on in 90minutes or so and help you to understand how to do it if you like, being able to map out a diet really is an essential skill in any program and if you would like to learn how to do it i'm more than willing to devote some time to it

I am always down to learn but I am at work now. If you want post up what program it is and I will check out here while I am at work and then do everything once I get home......
