Test under dosed? or just be patient?
Its week 4 day 5 and Im not seeing dramatic results yet? I have gained about 4-5lbs since my first shot and my strength is up slightly but nothing extreme. My muscle feels full most of the time but I dont think I have put on much size....should I just wait it out?
Diet: 6 eggs
Veggies
1/3 cup oats
16oz hamburger (about 4 cups)
Veggies
4 scoops whey
2 bananas
1 cup blue berries
(Post work out meal)
2 chicken breast
brown rice
veggies
2 scoops whey
1 cup almonds
2 chicken breast
I also train very hard! 5 days a week.

Dude... you're injecting like 325mg each week... and it's only week 5.. BE PATIENT.
1.) you are running it at a low-dosage. we've already gone over this
2.) it's the enanthane ester bro = LONG RELEASE.
AKA.... might take till week 6.
I didn't see any significant weight gain on my test-e only cycle until week 7 to be honest.

Test enth 400mg a week. The first two weeks I shot 375 but then jumped to 400mg...not that the extra 25mg will do much haha but in my head it does.

now i remember you, as long as the gear is good then you just need to wait another 2-3 weeks for it to really kick in, if you don't notice a good difference by then it's either bad gear or bad diet
judging by this your diet isn't too bad, though it could definitely use work

chill my son. I just finished week 5 of my test e of 500mgs a week with virtually no effects yet, I get antsy too and second guess the gear sometimes but just be patient.

Yeah im trying to eat clean and not take in more calories then my body needs...my cals are high but not stupid. I dont see the point in taking in 5000 cals when your only burning 3500? way over kill! I still take in high cals just nothing stupid and I more worry about the amount of protein, and quality of food Im taking in.

my balls feel smaller, my muscle feels very full, and my sex drive is up so ther no dout in my mind that it is real...Im thinking give it another week before I can say its under dosed.

I just dont feel that massive boost that every one talks about? like you could tear a bulls horns off and eat his belly for dinner lol by week 5 I should notice somthing.

Yeah mabey I should up my cals a small amount and see what happens. I see alot of guys eating hamburgers, weight gainer, pasta ect....and yeah they put on great size but they looks bloated and fat. Just seems like they are over feeding ther bodies.

See Im no to AS so this first cycle is reall teaching me alot about how my body works while on! I know my body well when im natural but being on sauce is a diffrent story!

Thanks. Im taking fish oil and multi twice a day already.
Do you have any idea how much protein you can take in at one time while one as? If it is 20-40g when natural it has to be about double that when on? or mabey not? I had my diet down to a science when natural but now its hard to understand how my body is reacting to the hormones?

not near enough IMO, you should look at your ratio of good unsaturated fats to bad fats per day and compare to total amount, fish oil is one of the best things you can use to lose bf as it's beeen shown to actually activate one of your bodies fat burning genes( i have a study on it i think if you want to read it)

Yeah ther was a time when I was taking about 15 of fish oil a day but being a student it was costly! I follow alot of charles poliquin and john berardi's stuff but being a college student it is hard to follow it 100%. But the basic idea is what I follow. Once I get a solid pay check im gunna go buy a big bottle of udo's 369, and a couple bottles of fish oil and up my ***** 3 in take.

Maybe that dose is a little to low for you. I am in week 5 of 750mg/week of Test E. and I feel like it is in its peak. I started to feel the effects at the end of week 3, and by week 4 they were quite pronounced. Strength is way up, so is recovery and appetite, pumps and endurance are crazy, and I'm up about 11lb.

K well I just went and hit shoulders and had a great work out! pumps wer insane! strength still has not changed but endurance is up (more reps same weight)....so I guess you could say my strength is up a little. the thing I notice the most right now is just how full my muscle looks and feels...750mg of test vs 400mg would prob be much diffrent because by week 4 you would have almost double the test in your system. I really wish I would have front loaded now but I just was not sure how my body would react and I didnt want to start having crazy sides....I could always bump it up to 500mg? or should I just wait another week to see how things go? my next shot will be on sat.

I would just bump the Test to 500mg and stay at that dose till the end of the cycle. On my first cycle I started with 375mg and it was not till I raised to to 500mg that I started to get the effects I was looking for.

Alright I think its starting to kick in....went to the gym today and had a very good work out! felt very strong! and Im up about 1lb from about 3 days ago. Im gunna stick with 400mg and just hope that I really start to feel it this week....for a first cycle imo I dont think the jump to 500 from 400 would make make much a diffrence? more sides if anything?
