    i just got on here to learn, started soaking up info and applying it, then started doing diet work and such for the board and then one day i got a pm about getting promoted to being a vet/hof, it probably helps that i've been a member of this board since i was 18 and training before that

    when you are taking anabolic steriods , how much easier is it to lift? i know the strength levels go up quicker, but how quick?
