    Question Pain in lower side of body during workouts..almost like a cramp

    Hey guys, my last 2 workouts, ive been getting this sorta almost like a cramp style pain in my lower side of my back... its almost like that running cramp u get..but on the side and towards the back of my body

    been taking dbol at 40mg, and test e at 500mg

    ideas?

    will i survive!? lol

    Dbol is known for cramps I beleive.

    water. electrolytes. taurine. see if that helps.

    i think it has nothing to do with the cycle.
    can be overtrain.can be wrong training method and anatomy.
    see a medic for treatment

    hmmm
    doesnt feel anything like a muscle cramp..its an internal feeling

    im still having it
    when i walk, when im sitting
    it almost feels like my kidneys are hurting?

    such a thing possible?

    It's on your back you said? I been getting a pain right below my rib..... Still dont know wtf it is... Doc said just to take tylenol or w.e 3x a day.

    This is the correct answer.

    All you have is "pumps" from the oral-steroid you're currently taking (d-bol). Look up pumps if you want to understand an explanation of why it occurs. Get yourself some taurine, it should clear up the pumps almost immediately.

    I had this exact problem DD. I just drank more water and it helped me within a few days..

    this is my 4th week...
    its not a back pump because its CONSTANT and doesnt go away...

    i dont think ive been drinking enough water... could that be it?
    im thinking its the kidneys...few days off dbol ?
