    Questions about joints?

    Im just starting my 3rd week into my cycle up from 195 to 208 so far. Anyways had a very touch chest workouts today. I got home sit down after i ate and rolled my shoulder back really high a few time it clicked and pop a few time. I think this is some joint issues. My uncle said we all get it when on gear. Is there anything i could do while on cycle to help with joint health?

    well deca normally helps with this, but since you aren't running that the normal supps should help

    glucosamin and chondroitin work well

    How many cycles have you done ? If you get strong to fast your ligaments and tendons can be damaged . Your shoulder is held in place primarily by soft tissues I believe . I would be very careful this cycle . I'm no expert , just don't wanna see some irreparable damage . If you are going heavy keep exercises to compound movements .

    I have personnally never had any joint issues during my cycles. A few buddies of mine have had some problems, and they just take a OTC supplement for joints. I think most of them use SAM-E. I don't know if it really works.

    no im on test 400 mgs a week and deca 400 mgs a week but hsnt kicked in yet

    thank u very much i will go look into them. my cycle looks like this

    400 mgs of test a week for 16 week
    400 mgs of test a week for 14 weeks
    Mdrol 30 mgs a day

    Multivitamin
    Fish oil
    Ginseng
    Chormium Piconate
    glutamine
    whey protein

    thats what im taking as far as supps

    i'm assuming you mean 400mg of deca for 14 weeks, get the joint supplement and if by week 8 you aren't feeling any better start another thread and send me a pm

    In reference to your over the counter suggestion. I have takin several different types of glucosomine/chondrotine suggested by my dr. and feel that they do help. I as well as several others agree that it takes a while for it to really feel like it is working and once it does most have said you continue to take it and when you stop you will fill the difference that it was making. IMO!
