Proviron & Aldactone

I have read that Aldactone is an anti-androgen, good for hormonal acne and hirutism in girls, and proviron is an androgen, mild enough to shift fat from the problem areas in girls. My question is if take together do they cancel each other out? Is it still possible to get the hardening effect of proviron whilst taking aldactone?

I believe they would in essence be working against one another. there is topical spirinolactone available which IMO would be a better bet.
