Old Injury Causing bad form.....Any Suggestions
I am 25 and when I was 18 I blew my knee out...and had a major reconstruction....As I was squating tonight my workout partner noticed that I always put more pressure and lift more with my left leg (Good one)...he said I am swivling my hip on the way back up.... Any Suggestions

just off the top of my head i would modify your workout until you bring some balance. instead of doing squats maybe try one leg presses on the leg press machine using = weight, and reps for both legs. also, leg extensions 1 leg at a time..
