Pins and Needles - now completely numb!
Almost a week ago i got pins and needles in 2 fingers on my left hand and the g/f thought it might be carpal tunnel. Went to the doc who referred me to a neurologist who doesn't have any appointments until October.
Am in the middle of a 12 week sus 250 EOD cycle, and the problem with my fingers has escallated - now whole hand is numb and it is a bit like electric shocks are shooting up my arm to my elbow... needless to say this is impacting my training significantly.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should do regarding the sus regime, training (or lack thereof), or the ol' hand?
Thanks in advance...

It's peripheral neuropathy, at least that is what your explaning, You need to go find another neurologist or I'm thinking have a cardiologist check you out just to make sure it's not involving your heart.

ive never heard of gear doing anything like that. And dont really know how it could so i think you should be right to countine, but if your not training properly might be better to save up the gear until your better.
