Need to lose fat and get defined

    Hi,

I'm new to this site and just needed to get a few answers. I'm 27, 5"11, weigh around 80Kg and this will be the first time i'm working out in ages!! Basically i am stuck in the middle of nowhere for 2 months (work related) so thought i would start getting myself in shape. What i am looking for is something to get rid of the fat that i have quickly while putting on muscle. I don't want to be huge just nicely defined. Could anyone recommend what i should take to achieve this? I'm not a big fan of needles... would prefer pills but i can use needles if necessary. How many times do i need to work out a week? What kind of gains can i expect to make in 2 months? Would i need to take supplements as well? i also take propecia for hair loss... do steroids prevent propecia from doing its job? Appreciate your help... i know there is quite a bit to answer.

the first thing you need to do is go to the diet forum and get on a good diet. Next go to the workout forum and get a good training program. No need for aas right now they should come last. Without diet and training no matter what you take your not gonna get the results you desire.

x2, you need to get diet and training in check a good while before considering anything extra. Take a couple years and learn all you can about diet and routines. You can make some progress in 2 months but you need to set real goals. You need to see this as a life change to be a more fit and healthy you.

the FIRST and most impt. thing u need to do is change ur user name, if that is your email address. coz u're exposing urself to scammers when they know u're desperate for aas. just my opinion mate.

Thanks for the replies. I have already organised a diet and training schedule. My real question was what i could do to speed up the results as i heard steroids not only increase mass but also increase your rate of fat loss. If anyone could recommend anything to take wether in pill form or via injection it would be much appreciated... unless my knowledge of the subject is wrong in that it doesn't increase fat loss.

Rogue01 - my routine will continue past the 2 months with the objective of getting fit. My paramount concern though is to have a body that looks good. I know it is a lot of hard work but i was just looking for something to speed up the results in the short term.

azz10 it's not my real email just one i set up a long time ago so i don't mind if it gets spammed but thanks for the concern.

What is your current body fat %? What kind of routine are diet are you doing? What you think is a good diet...may not be so great.

Hormone manipulation is a pretty serious thing and you need to do some serious research before messing with it. Some guys on here messed things up (no PCT, wrong dosing) and have caused damage to natural production. When you take exogenous hormones it will shut down your natural production...

All the stickies have the info you are looking for...but I would take a long while to research, learn, and get your training/diet dialed in...long while as in months-years...not days.

Something that doesn't have as many risk (but always a risk) and to help with the fat loss would be a stim (caffeine, ephedrine).

    Hey thanks for your reply.

I'm guessing my body fat is around 15% judging by the calculators and pictures online.

My diet at the moment is porridge for breakfast (quaker oats) made with low fit milk, glass of orange juice and a banana.

For lunch i have skinless chicken, vegetables and an apple.

For dinner i have a steak, potatoes and a salad.

Just looked at ephedrine... sounds interesting... said for best results to mix it with caffeine... correct?

    Thanks for your help rogue

When you still think of diet in terms of breakfast, lunch and dinner you are still at square 1.

couldn't agree more, personally i've gotten to the point where food isn't food, it's just something i have to take in order to get the results i want, i still love a good pancake, but that pancake better have a purpose or i'm not eating it

i'm sure a few people on here understand this type of thing, lol

no matter what you think or try to do... if your diet is not close to being good, you are not going anywhere. like trying to accelerate in a car with the emergency brake on!
