    Question My first cycle

    hello everyone
    this is my first cycle n have just started it
    im trying to get asmuch info or knowledge from experienced or knowledgeable people regarding my complete cycle and plan
    i would like some opinions from people on how i could adjust my plan to acheive better results

    my stats are
    age:25
    bodyweight:88 kilograms
    bf% 12 at most, 6 feet tall
    lifts: bench press 90 kilograms 8 reps, deadlift 180 kilograms 6 reps, barbell shoulder press 70 kilograms 10 reps, 45 degree leg press 420 kilograms, 10 reps
    i only said this so people could have an idea on my body condition as obviously training and nutrition would vary

    i will be running
    weeks 1-4 30mg dbol daily
    weeks 1-10 500 test ethanate, i was thinking for 12 weeks?

    my diet will be approx 500-600 grams of carbohydrates
    300 grams protein
    fat i will not count but i eat lean foods anyway, e.g chicken breat, wholemeal bread, kidney beans so fat will occour naturally from them

    feel free to critisize my diet

    my workout split
    day 1: back/ biceps/forearms/traps
    2 sets lat pull down
    2 sets of dumbell or upright rows
    1 or 2 sets of deadlift
    2 sets of shrugs
    2 sets of lower back raises
    3 sets of different types of biceps curls (will focus on hammer and barbell curls)
    2 sets wrist curls

    REST day

    days 2 legs/ calves
    3 sets of 45 degree leg press
    2 sets squats
    2 sets leg curls
    2 sets calf raises

    REST day

    day 3 chest/shoulders/triceps
    3 sets bench press
    2 sets of dips
    2 sets of dumbell shoulder press
    1 set of barbell shoulders press
    2 sets of bench dips
    1 or 2 sets of tricep extensions (depending on how i feel)
    2 sets of lateral raises (drop sets)

    REST day
    REPEAT

    i copied this workout off a forum

    being my first cycle i am not to sure how much volume or frequency i should use, is this workout suitable or should i increase my intensity to acheive better results
    im currently afriad to do those workouts of 9 sets per body part as ive tried them before and they never worked for me, all i did was over train and get fat
    i found that my body seems to respond well to 6 sets for large muscle, and 2 or 3 for smaller muscles
    now that im starting my cycle and a higher calorie diet im not to sure how high i should increase my volume and intensity
    anyone whos run a cycle please make sum suggestions

    ^^^^ looks like you have done your research bro ...good to see for a change , umm maybe it being your first ever cycle you might want to stick with just the test , 500mg a week for 12 weeks ....get your body use to the effects of steroids and see what you can get out of that ....and with your training i like the way you have set that up but i think you should take your bis and tries out of the split days and give tham a day to themselves .....just my 0.02c ...but i like the fact that this is your first post and you have given all the info needed ...congrats and welcome to AR

    with the dbol ive got 4 weeks worth just becoz i heard test takes awhile to build up in ur system, so im jus running the dbol until i notice the test well, im presuming no more then 2 weeks of dbol should be enough

    currently ive been running that workout for past 2 weeks, but with a little less volume, i added 2 or 3 sets to that routine coz i thought anabolics would atleast help with that, but like i said i do want to increase the intensity jus not sure how far, how many sets you guys usually do while on anabolics?
    i was thinking instead of adding sets to my workout i could jus workout more often instead

    ill prob stick with this routine for now n see how i go,
    i was thinking of using the routine that i found on this website http://www.steroid.com/workout.php
    coz it seems to have relativaly a good theory behind it AND has a scienced based approach to it, its also easy to follow, simple and not confusing, but seems to me to have not enough frequency, eg 8 days break between bodyparts, thought that was abit long if i was running anabolics, any thoughts?

    wat are ur thoughts of my diet, i want to gain some good size on this diet but obviously dont wanna gain alot of fat
    obviously i know im going to have to gain some fat but dont wanna blow up, wat do yous think is a good calorie intake for best gains with minimal fat
    i usually consume 3500 calories wen bulking naturally

    Also you wont start noticing any effects from the test till around week 4-5 imo

    Test En takes about 4 weeks to kick in so you may want to take DBol for 4 weeks.

    The guide line is 1.5 - 2g protein per pound body weight,
    88kg x 2.2 = 193.6lbs x 2 = 387.2g protein.
    So you could increase your protein a little.
    Make sure you giving your body enough fats (flax seed oil, nuts, olive oil, *****, etc)

    If you have the time you could change your workout from 3 days to 4 or even 5 days.
    If you worried about fat add some cardio.

    Agree with Free Will, run Test En for 12 weeks and 14 days after last pin start your PCT.

    cheers mates, for PCT i have both nolvadex n clomid, prob only use nolvadex
    and ill prob run a little clen (40mcg) during my PCT to help keep cortisol levels down,
    well if test takes 4 weeks den ill stay on the dbol for those 4 weeks

    with the workout i was thinking stay with the workout im with now jus maybe change 1 or 2 exercises here and der to keep the body guessing e.g ill swap tricep press down for tricep extensions (nothing fancy)

    with workoing out 4-5 times a week, im guessing ur talking about a longer split e.g monday back, bis, tuesday chest, tris, thursday legs, friday shoulders
    dont really like those kind of splits since i believe personally in a push, pull, legs split just because it emphasises recovery and prevents overtraining

    depending on my recovery abilities i was just going to workout more often if i recover fast, eg instead of a day break between each workout day i could eliminate 1 rest day

    also thanks for the protein tip, any tips on how many carbs would be a good number?
    im doing 500-600 atm, i think thats about right, any thoughts?
    could people please tell me how many carbs they consume while der bulking on anabolics, also tell me ur weight since obviously if ur 300 pounds ur going to eat alot more carbs then me to bulk

    Hi ranging1, you seem to have done a good amount of research which is a lot more than most who come here.

    I am 5ft 11" 190lbs and my diet looks like this
    Protein 364g
    Carbs = 401g
    Fat = 70g

    Be sure to get EFA's into the diet, ie flax seed etc etc etc

    You will want to run the dbol for 4 weeks and split the dose throughout the day, ie 10mg morning,10mg afternoon and 10mg in the evening before bed. I personally will be taking 40mg per day, i am still a cycle virgin so i am only commenting on what research i have done.

    For PCT i would run the Clomid and Nolva, they both work in there own way, here is a thread so do some reading on it.

    Good luck man your need to spent a bit more time on your diet and get this SPOT ON as this is and will be the deciding factor in your gains and mostly keeping them.

    well yes ive been spliting up my dosages on the dbol , breakfast, lunch, dinner
    was thinking about 40mg dbol but where im from steroids are FUKIN EXPENSIVE
    my cycle and PCT combined are costing me 2000 australian $ at the monet
    so upping the dosage to 40mg dbol rather costly lol, plus 30mg seems to be doin me alright so ill stik with that for now, might to 40mg in my 3rd n 4th week just coz antrogens become less sensitive so might up it for that week or 2
    BUT not keen on that idea coz water this talk about water retention from dbol is im definetaly getting it around my waist line, ive gone from nice slim to havin a fanny pack sittin around my lower abdomine, dont mind though, i thought it looked funny, girlfriend doesnt care either

    also jus thought i might aswell keep a log of how im progessing to c wat yous think
    my theory is if i dont get stronger jus change my exercises n start uping the calories by 300-400
    had leg workout 2day
    machine squat: 185 kilogramsx9 thats 10 kilograms up from previous
    45 degree leg press 430 kilograms, 10 kilograms up again
    leg curls:88 kilograms, up 7
    calf raises using 45 degree leg press: 200 kilograms x 15 up 20 kilograms
    i also did normal leg press+bodyweight BUT the weight stack wasnt heavy enough, only goes up to 200 pounds not including my bodyweight, did 20 reps but couldve gone further n realsied find a better exercise
    my gyms not exactly a bodybuilders gym either so not all the machines go up to 500 pounds (joke)

    also diet was like this
    breakfast: 4 cups cocopops, 1 litre skim milk (1 bowl cereal), 1 cup honey corn flakes with half litre skim milk, can of tune
    PRE WORKOUT: NO XPLODE
    POST WORKOUT: whey protein shake and powerade (sports drink) with creatine in it
    LUNCH: 1 cup of uncooked rice (obviously i cooked it) with 3 tins of tuna
    snack: wholegrain sanwich with chicken breast
    2nd snack: wholegrain sandwhich with chicken breast
    DINNER: misses cooked lean beef strips in a stew with rice, rekon i ate 3 fists size of meat with 3 cups of cooked rice
    BEFORE BED:half litre skim milk with scoop of weigh protein
    i felt i consumed adequate calories
    think i totaled 280 protein, carbs 500, fat dunno

    Dude you need to weigh and keep on top of your macros. I really think you should get a set diet dude and spend a few hours working this out with Macros.

    DIET is the key, can not stress this enough. Have a look at my diet as we are near the same height and weight. Got a idea what you can eat and stick too and plan it.

    Dude drop the cocpops & the cornflakes.
    Get on over to the Diet section, lots of info.
    You eat 6 cups of cooked rice a day ?
    Let's sort youir diet then you good to go.

    If you want, you can run DBol at 20mg per day (I jnow most of the guys here say take 40 - 50mg) but I find 20mg/day works for me & no sides.

    yea i know the coco pops n cornflakesd arent that good, but its my treat
    im sort of one of those people that loves food and dont believe in really really strict diets just coz i enjoy eating food,
    also as much as i love bodybuilding i dont live to have the perfect physique
    i like to enjoy eating food, i know not the best BUT id be miserable if i had to eat alll wholegrain natural organic foods etc etc
    also the rice is for carbs, its long grain so its lower in GI, also i have hard time eating huge amounts of calories n rice is pretty carb dense so makes life easier
    also i know lot of people are saying 350 grams protein but i do think thats to much even on gear
    im running this cycle for 12 weeks
    i did lillte math
    eating a minimum of 350 grams protein a day for 7 days a week over 12 weeks, taking into account proteins 30% thermogenic effect wen its digested (its broken down n not obsorbed) is equal to about 21 kilograms
    convert that to pounds if 46 pounds
    in all fairness i do not believe my body on anabolics will be able to add on 46 pounds of lean muscle from my protein consumption, theres also the fat and water retention to add into that
    so safe number if say is 52-55 pounds minimum
    i believe that to be a little extreme for weight gain considering how much anabolics im running
    basically what im trying to say is i dont beleieve my body can utalise that much protein on anabolics, instead id think it would burn alot of that protein consumption
    i think that much protein would onloy help me stay lean
    id rather consume more carbs since it would improve glycogen levels (increase protein sysnthesis) and and since insulin is anabolic assist in growth and allow me to train harder n recover faster
    i may gain more fat but i think id have better strength n mass gains
    any thoughts?

    other people help me out here on my cycle
    opinions, suggestions, ideas on either my diet or workout please reccomend
    im looking for experiences with anabolics so i can get more out of my cyle
    ALSO omg dbol is great, makes ur muscle glycogen stores so fukin high n full
    dont think my muscles have even felt this good ever
    still waiting for the test to kik in, injected another 250mg 2day
    2dai had my back workout
    all lifts have gone up
    except my one arm dumbell rows which i only got 46kilograms, down from 48
    but i think thats because my arms were fatigued from doing chin ups and lat pull downs before it, or maybe i might have overtrained slightly
    also my pumps are great, my bodyweight hasnt gone up yet, maybe a kilogram or 2 but strength is growing
    going to increase my calorie intake in a day or 2 if the scale doesnt go up
    so side effects except water retention so far, but ive got alot of water retention i must admit that
    my workout 2day was as follows
    2 sets lat machine rows: 110 kilograms 8 reps, 103 kilograms 10 reps
    1 set weighted chin ups: 12 reps with 20kilograms added
    2 sets one arm dumbell rows: 46 kilograms 10 reps
    1 set upright rows: cant remmeber wat weight
    2 sets shrugs: 56 kilograms 15 reps
    2 sets hammer curls, cant remeber wat weight again
    2 sets hyper extensions: 15 reps plus holding 45 kilograms
    2 sets forearm dumbell curls
    i didnt do my deadlifts just because i did my leg workout 2 days previously n legs still feel a litlle sore, so didnt wanna risk overtraining

    also as i outlined previously in my workout, i said i would have rest days between each workout
    turns out this was my last 5 days schedule
    days 1 : chest, shoulders triceps
    day 2: back, biceps, forearms
    day 3: legs, calves
    day 4: chest, triceps, shoulders
    day 5 (2day): back, biceps, forearms
    as u can see no rest day
    probably not the best idea, i wasnt going to train 2day, but i woke up and just felt so good n strong i thought id train again
    2morow WILL be a day off

    also 2days diet was as follows
    10am: BREAKFAST, 2 litres skim milk with 4 cups of cereal, 1 tin tuna
    11am : preworkout no xplode BSN, 2scoops
    12:30 post workout, 45 grams whey protein, sports drink with creatine
    1:30 LUNCH: 1 cup uncooked rice with 3 tins tuna
    3:00 SNACK: wholgrain sandwich with fat free cheese slices (its awesome basically its got some carbs, close to no fat, and heaps of protein each slice)
    5:00 SNACK: wholgrain sandwhich with turkey
    7:00 DINNER: 2 bowls pasta, 2 chicken breasts
    11:00 BEFORE BED: glass skim milk n tin of tuna

    ok so i said 2day would be a rest day
    didnt end up happening
    woke up n again felt great
    so thought id train legs n calves again 2day
    i know again wrong idea, i need a recovery day but felt to good
    this was my workout
    2 sets machine leg press
    1 set 45 degree leg press
    2 sets legs curls
    2 sets calf raises
    and sum ab work, crunches, lying leg raises, crunches with legs raised, double crunch (superset)
    i know its not alot of vulume but my last leg workout was 3 days ago
    also i think im going to train with a higher frequency then higher volume.
    meaning less sets per body part but workout more often
    this principle has worked well for me in the past
    anyways it was a great workout
    machine leg press 195 kilogramsx9 reps, up 10kg again
    45 degree leg press, 440 kilograms, up 10kg again
    leg curls: 88 kilograms but 15 reps, so reps have increased
    calf raises using 45 degree leg press: 240 kilogramsx15, up 40 kg!!!!!!

    my bodyweight 89.3 kg, up 1.3
    by the way dbol has been increased to 40mg daily

    diet for 2day cant outline fully but heres it so far
    BREAKFAST: 4 cups cereal, 2 litres skim milk and a protein bar
    lunch: cup of uncooked rice, 2 chicken breasts
    preworkout: nano vapour, changed product coz it was on special, figured it aint steroids so why spend alot of money for a supplements marketing skills
    have to admit though love seeing them chuk on a 300 pounds bodybuilder ****** to shreds saying i got HUGE and gained 40 pounds in 1 month through this product, lmfao even better wen the sales man tryed to sell me some protein powder telling me itll get me huge like the guy on the cover, i laughed n told him he was full of shit,
    funny thing was what he said was exactly what the tub said on it
    clearly telling me this guy had no idea what he was talking about
    not to mention he was one fat bastard with about the same muscle mass as a high scool cheerleader
    neways back to my diet
    POST WORKOUT: protein shake, sports drink and creatine
    the rets of the day not to sure yet
    but ill eat alot

    If you are doing oral winstrol only i will tell you how to take them....STOP that is horrible for you and will not do anything! need test to run that and an oral only cycle is no good to do ever!

    ok so 2day results
    body weight 89.8kg
    2day workout was chest/triceps/shoulders
    workout was as follows
    2 sets bench press
    2 sets dips added weight
    2 sets barbell shoulder press
    1 set arnold press
    2 sets bench dips added weight
    2 sets lateral raises
    2 sets flys
    1 set tricep press down
    again all lifts have gone up
    best increases are in my dips 10 reps with 24kg added, up +4kg
    bench dips 12 reps with 85kg added, up 10kg
    bench press was weird, bench 90kg 12 reps, not much of an improvment but felt alot easier the first few reps den previously
    the rest of my exercises have gone up by small amounts of rep increases

    i think 2day i shouldve probably had a rest day since didnt feel fantastic, or thats probably coz i got home late from work last night n had to get up early 2day to workout before went back to work
    either way happy with my strength improvments, seems that my strength is going up faster then what my weight is, which i wasnt expecting considering im using dbol

    any opinions or suggestions anyone?

    yea obviusly the dbol was posted
    also i was thinking of increasing my test ethanate doseage to 600mg for weeks 9 and 10
    and running 400mg weeks 11 and 12
    since antrogens become less responisve and sensitive to my hormone levels over time and thats mainly why gains usually tamper off the further into a cycle
    so i thought raise it to 600mg for weeks 9 and 10 to compernsate for this, and then 11 and 12 run 400mg just coz wen i begin my PCT its easier to recover since theres less test in me
    wat do u guys think?

    I am currently taking Test-E and no dbol the first 4 weeks. Don't think that you need the dbol for your cycle to work, just taking test-e alone is more than enough. You will still grow like a weed.

    i think i do need the dbol just because i havent felt anythin from the test e just yet
    havent had an increase in sex drive or any side effects wat so ever, nothing thats showing signs of the test ethanate just yet, but i am only a week and a half into my cycle so far, ill drop the dbol once i think i feel ANYTHING from the test, only because its costing me more n more, for every dbol i take lol
    also had my back workout 2dai
    if anyone wants to know i train body parts twice a week but with lower volume
    my bodyweight 2dai was 90.4kg
    lifts were
    2 sets lat row 110kg for 9 reps, 1 rep up
    1 set chinups, i got 2 extra reps then last time
    i started to do dumbell rows but felt sore from last workout so didnt do them, i think ill do dumbell rows only once a week so i recover better, meaning ill do them next workout, just because i do think there being overtrained, which is weird i thought considering im on 40mg of dbol daily
    2 sets of dumbell shrugs, 58kg 15 reps, up 2kgs each
    2 sets of hyper extensions: 15 reps with 45 kg, up 5 kg
    didnt do deadlifts just becuase my legs and ass were still sore, so ill do them next workout with my shrugs
    i also did sum ab work
    thats it
    any suggestions?

    ok 2day was my leg workout
    bodyeight 90.6
    my leg workout was as follows
    1 set machine squat
    2 sets squat
    1 set 45 degree leg press
    2 sets leg curls
    2 sets calf raises using 45 degree leg press
    my strength gains were
    squat 150kg 6 reps, up 10kg
    machine squat 200kg 9 reps, up 5kg again but i think ill change exercise since its really hurting my shoulders
    leg curl 92kg, 15 reps up 4kg
    calf raises using 45 degree leg press machine 260kg, 15 reps, up 20kg
    SUGGESTIONS anyone?
    i think im starting to feel th test, its neally been 2 weeks into my cycle
    i dont really feel it well BUT wen i first started taking the dbol i lost ALOT of my sex drive, it was prett bad, wen first started using it i had to stall sex wif my misses for about 20mins of foreplay before i could get it up, n it was a pretty lousy phat
    last night came back home from movies after watching BRUNO, funny movie by the way
    and just mauled ma misses
    she couldnt walk wen i was done with her, have to say never felt so proud in my life
    anyways abut my program, diet and cycle anyone have some suggestions?

    ok so 2dai was my chest, shoulders, tricep workout
    bodyweight 91.2kg
    2dais workout was as follows
    2 sets decline bench press
    2 sets weighted dips
    2 sets barbell shoulder press
    1 set dumbell shoulders press
    2 sets bench dips wih added weights
    1 set lateral raises
    2 sets skull crushers
    2 sets machine flys
    then abdominal work
    strength again had gone up
    decline bench press is now 90kg, the same as my flat bench
    bench dips are now with 85kg added, up 5kg
    dips with 26kg added, up 2kg
    the rest of my lifts have also gone up
    my legs feel great from yesterdays workout, hardly any pain so i think ill do deadlifts
    2morow,
    diet so far is as follows
    BREAKFAST: 4 cups of cereal(usually muesli, cocpops, wheat honey fakes, etc, they all have aprox same nutrition values} with 2 litres skim milk
    PRE WORKOUT: 2 scoops nano vapour
    post workout: protein shake, sports drink with creatine
    LUNCH: cup of uncooked rice (obviously cooked) with 40-50gram protein source
    snack: wholegrain sanwich with chicken breat
    snack 2: wholegrain sandwich with lean ham or turkey
    dinner: its varies, last night i had beef raviollli, a good large bowl serving, with a steak
    before bed: protein shake mixed with skim milk
    diet hasnt changed much since im still gaining strength and weight
    ill up th calories en i see weight gain slowing, or strength gain slowing
    recovery abilities are getting better and better so i think the test is starting to have a small effect, also wen dbols active life use to end it felt like all my muscle glycogen had left me, now it seems im holding onto more glycogen in my muscles wen dbols where off, im guessing thats from the test building up in me
    im 2 weeks into my cycle now
    water retention is becoming abit annoying, i go from looking very full and strong sometimes, to puffy and small belly, but the belly looks weird coz it doesnt look like a fat belly, nor does it feel like it
    i can suk my abs in and have wat i call a spare tire around my waist
    im not fussed but it comes and goes
    usualy gets bad towards the end of the night after dinner wen im relaxing n chugging down few litres of diet soft dirink, i seem to hold onto everything i drink at nighttime

    any comments anyone or suggestions?
    also dont need a comment on my diet soft drink intake, its wat keeps me sane from eating all healthy foods, and stops me from cravinf junk food

    The diet could use tweaking big time. You don't have any idea the amounts you are eating, how much protein, carbs, fats, or calories.

    No protein source in the morning. Egg whites maybe a steak. And how many carbs is that in the 4 cups of cereal.

    Its best to figure these things out in order to know that you will grow as you will gain strength and weight but will it be water weight or lean muscle and will you be able to hold it come PCT time????

    my diet

    soz yea i do know my diet intake here it is
    breakfast: 200 carbs with 60 gram protein
    pre workout 20 carbs
    post workout 45 protein, 45 carbs
    lunch 50 protein, 130 carbs
    snack 30 carbs, 40 protein
    snack 2 30 carbs, 40 protein
    dinner 100-150 carbs with 50-60 grams protein
    before bed, 30 grams protein, 10 carbs
    fats wuldnt know, but i eat all lean carb and protein sources so fats just come naturally

    also if u d have an opinions on my diet, pleae dont recommend more protein
    i am a strong believer in u dont need that much protein, 400 grams or so is ridiculous, u body cant utalise that much, also i find i dont gain much size on a higher protein ratio and i cant train as hard or recover as fast

    ok back, traps, forearms 2day
    2 sets dumbell rows
    1 set upright rows
    2 sets deadlifts
    2 sets shrugs
    2 sets forearm curls
    body weight 91.4kg
    dumbell rows are back up to 48kg, ive fixed my probem of overtraining by spliting my 2 back workouts, one workout i focus on rhomboids, lower back and traps (2dai), and second i focus on laterals and biceps
    anyways deadlift was 180kg for 12 reps clean 2dai, didnt even touch the ground
    had great pumps also

    had ma test shot last night, fukin hurt this one, worst pain ever, i could feeel the liquid running into my ass, dunno why this one hurt so much
    im exactly 2 weks into my cycle now also
    i woke up this morning and i looked GREAT, alot of the water weight ive been carrying seems to be cycling, one hour im carrying heaps, the next im lean again
    really weird
    thismorning i looked prob leaner then i ever have been, i also looked alot bigger, definealty made me feel GREAT and motivated
    suggestions?

    progress

    OK so ive noticed alot of people are viewing this post to see what progress ive made n how my cycle is going
    MAY I REMIND U IF UR READING THIS, I ALSO WANT ADVICE
    SO IF U THINK OF ANYTHING OR HAVE AN OPINION, (POST IT)
    i will consider it, and think about it no matter what

    aslong as its not stupid

    anyways 2day was my legs, and calves day
    last night it was mates 21st and we all got together n hit the clubs
    me n the missesn rest ma friends thought we would drop a few bikis (xtc)
    anyways we did
    we all rocked out from about 10pm to id say 5 in the morning
    by time i got home it was neally 7am
    went to bed n took like 5 times the reccomended dosage of sleeping tablets n hope id put me to sleep
    didnt do shit for sleep turns out
    what it did do was make my body weigh like concrete, basically i was pinned to my bed because i couldnt lift ma self up or open my eyes coz i felt so heavy, felt like der was a fukin truck ontop of me
    couldnt even get up to go toilet, everytime i tried i got about a centimetre off ma bed, then bang, bak down
    wasnt till about 12 noon i could get up
    i was going to skip ma workout but friend weanted to go gym so thought might aswell, even though i was soooooooooooooooooooo tiered and wrecked
    i call it scattered
    went gym
    UNBELIEVABLY i had a great workout
    2 sets machine squat
    2 sets sqaut
    2 sets leg curls
    2 sets calves raises using 45 degree leg press
    squat was 153kg for 10 reps, couldve gone further but i was to tiered
    i also did DEEP machine squats, i got 155kg for 10 reps
    leg curls were 98kg, 15 reps
    calves were 280kg for 15 reps
    so i was happy that my strength had gone up
    weighed maself and came in at 90.2 so i lost a kilogram but im guessing thats mostly water weight ive lost, that was caused by my night out
    eating today was a pain considering ma appetite had been crushed by bikis, so i literally force fed myself my cereal,a dn my post workout shake
    im sooooooooo NOT looking forward to dinner, its going to be a struggle

    ok so al my lifts went up EXCEPT ma triceps extension and bench dips
    bench dips i was stuck on 85kg added in my lap, i wasnt able to lift more becoz training partner took neally 2 minutes to put the weight in my lap, and he alo put them off balance so i ws struggling to keep them on my lap
    DOES ANYONE HAVE A SUGGESTION? or different exercise to fix this problem
    my tricep extensions also didnt go up but i think thats becoz they were fatigued from my decline presses, and dips

    my decline press was 12 reps of 92kg 2dai
    my dips were 28kg added, for 10 reps
    and y flys have gone up also
    bodyweight is now 92.4 kg
    but i think alot of that is water weight as 2dai i woke up looking rather puffy n soft, s could have been due to that

    ok so 2dai bodyweight 92.2 kg
    down in weight but not fussed because yesterday i was carrying alot of water weight wen i weighed maself
    2dai i woke up feeling a lot leaner and less puffy and bloated
    i did my back, traps, and fprearms 2dai
    lat row i was able to get 117 for 12 reps, so ive improved again by 7kg
    chinups i was able to get anther 5 or 6 reps out extra
    im now doing barbell shrugs, i was able to get 15 reps of 110 kg
    stength continues to improve so im happy
    im also looking alot more fuller and glucosed up

    had ma test shot last night, went in alot smoother then usual, so helped
