Least painful place to pin Test P?
I have been hitting the Rectus Femoris and it freakin sucks. Everytime I wind up with a knot and a small bruise. Is the glute any easier or will I be able to sit afterwards?

Try delts or glutes but ive never had that problem in my quads...

For the first few weeks it will be nearly impossible to keep it only in the glutes..they are gonna be sore as hell, sometimes for a week! But I am three weeks into my cycle and getting MUCH better on the glutes now, doing EOD and am almost to the point where I can keep it in my glutes only. I hit the delts when my ass is too sore but the delts kill me everytime almost within hours. Today is the first time I hit my delt in the morning and had no pain all day! So perhaps those will get better, although I try to do them where I will not be doing chest or shoulder for at least three days because it feels like I have a knot in there sometimes. Bleep quads I wouldnt consider that...or calves for that matter!

Yeah I take another in the morning, and it didnt hurt or get the knot till like 12 hours later. But if its gonna do it again I need to stay away from the glute or being at work will suck even more.
I though about moving over a few inches from the previous site. I am not sure of the name off hand but if you were standing up with your arms straight down.

Is it too late to add something to it to possibly thin it out a bit and maybe cut the pain back a bit. I know I sound like a ***** but if I can do it I will. Or I will find the most comfortable place to be in pain.
I think that made since!

Glutes the best.... Much easier if you have help though. I can hit the right side fine.. left side just becomes rough for me...

It is pretty much the prop ester which releases the test quickly causing pain and ba plays a factor also.

The Prop I first had sucked as far as pain goes. I mean I wasn't dying or anything but it would affect my workouts, if I pinned my Tri's I couldn't hardly do shit. I here some is painless, next time in Thailand, I'm just going to have to ask someone what Prop is painless, because I want to use it, but if it makes me so sore it effects my workouts, its not worth it.
