    flu 4 wèeks into deca/sus cycle

    hey guys. Im 4 weeks into my cycle. This is now my 5th. Startd to get a runny nose. I missd one workout, dont wana miss 2. Should i train anyway?

    Train if you feel like it . I would drink as much water as possible . You want max hydration .
    If you miss a couple body parts 1 week , No big deal .
