Well actually you wouldn't run anavar year long. It's nothing like clen ... var is still suppressive (although mild) to your natural test-production. Therefore, you wouldn't run it during your PCT & time off, because it would be counter-productive in your attempts to restore your natural production of test.

beides some of those supplements that are just for health like creatine and things like that but as for Anavar , It will shut ya down or at least it can. my brother is running it and I am having hi to 4 weeks of nolva after its over just to be sure

I say it all matters on the person. I have known people to run eq only cycles and get bloodwork done and everything is normal for that person I would say they can run the compound for a much longer duration as long as they get bw done

True. Blood-work determines a lot. However, ALL steroids will raise cholesterol, and alter your lipid profile... and prolonging the use of steroids = greater health risks.

Im going to be off cycle next week from tren , test. Once I'm done with PCT I cant wait to jump into another great cycle. LOL

There have been studies conducted with low doses of anavar that would indicate the exact opposite to be true.

yese every person is different but to be safe the concensus says to use pct after cycle and not to use year round
