    Recovery from different length cycles

What are your opinions on this boys i cant find it anywhere else.

Scientific evid. or personal experience preffered.

Is it easier to recover natural test production from an 8 week cycle of test prop than if u did a 12 week cycle of test prop ( yes thats a long prop cycle, but in theory) ??

Wouldnt that mean you could keep a greater percentage of gains from the 8 weeker over the 12 weeker because your receptors and natural test prod would bounce back to normal quicker? So from 8 week cycle you gained 10lbs and kept 8 so you kept 80% or you did a 12 week cycle gained 20lbs and kept 12lbs so you kept 60%.

If this is the case im gonna do shorter cycles in more quantity from now on to avoid yo-yo ing in body weight.

    Your thoughts?

I would think an 8 weeker would be easier on you.
But 12 isn't that many more.
You should be comparing more of a 8 or 12 week to a 20+ week cycle I would think.

I honestly do not think it would matter. the body shuts down natural test production when an outside source of test is brought in. Once the outside source of test is gone, the natural test production in some case will slowly start back up. that is the reason we use nolvades and clomid and liquidex etc etc. I do not think that the length of the cycle has much to do with how long it takes natty test to rebound

I somewhat agree with you but then again if you run for a very long time being shut down for so long could make it had to start things back up.

    You're all wrong.

The longer you are on cycle, the MORE difficult it will become to recover your natty test production.

Nevertheless, age does play an important role: the younger you are, the more likely you are to be able to recover your test-production.

Generally though, shorter-burst cycles, allow for a quicker recovery

I do not believe I am wrong, yes a ,onger cycle can tqke longer to recover but when using the proper PCT it does not matter idf I run 8 weeks or 16 weeks I will most likely still do 4 weeks of pct so it would be hard to make the claim that the 8 week cycle would need less pct than a 16 week cycle

I think it's more the case of how hard it is to recover and how well you actually recover more than how long PCT will last. Just because PCT lasts 4 weeks doesn't mean it is successful.

.... wow. you need to take a step back and read what you wrote. and next time think before you post. lol.

PCT timing does not alter WHATSOEVER, how "shut-down" you are. If you looked at the bloodwork done after a long cycle (IE 16 weeks) versus a burst cycle (IE 8 weeks) your body will have achieved a hormonal balance / raised it's own production of test SOONER if you run the short cycle.

.. Your body just doesn't "recover" immediately during PCT.. I dunno where the hell you got that sort of thinking from.

how bout this, all you bickering lil kids

ive been on cycles for 8 weeks

and ive been on cycles for 20+ (notice the plus. as in over 20 weeks)

and after 6 weeks of PCT i have recovered fully for all cycles

    simple as that

have a good PCT and it doesnt matter how long your cycle is

unless you run a cycle so long or hard that you damage your HPTA and in that case no PCT will help. your stuck on TRT/HRT then

as someone stated above... age will affect it though

Thank you! Exactly what I said in the 1st place but some people just want to get all technical and sometimes it makes no sense whatsoever!

i like to be safe and run a strong PCT for 6 weeks

so yes maybe with an 8 week cycle of prop youll recover in week 3 of PCT

and with a 20 week cycle youll recover in week 5.

but in the end you recover

and if for some reason you run a 20 week cycle and do a 4 week PCT...

yes your test levels may not be FULLY recovered by the end of PCT but they will be in the process of gettin there

so even if you end at week 4 and levels arent 100 %

as long as they are well on their way to normal and your diet, training and over all health are okay...

then they will continue to recover even after PCT stops

the body is a wonderful thing

now of course there are exceptions to every rule and everyone is different

    but in general

If you run HCG every 7 weeks, you can basically go as long as you want without permanently damaging the leydig cells in your testes.

I'm on week 25 of 1g of test and doing 5000iu of HCG every 7 weeks with great success and full balls.

I've ran 20+ weekers before and have a great free test range according to blood tests, so I don't expect this time to be much different as I'm still using HCG.

5000 UI in one dose per 7 week?

    Thank you

Not in one dose...You want to spread it out.

Roughly 700iu ED for the 7 days is what I like and what my body responds well to.

Everyone runs it differently, so research how to run it and you can tweak from there to suit your own needs / cycle.
