This book is in All Sports Nutrition is it worth buying if so what does it have in it?

I've heard about it for a while... though I think most of the 'sources' in there won't do anything illegal to them... meaning they list sources in Mex that will sell if you go up to thier counter to buy, etc. Probably a good book if you travel a lot. I have never read it personally though.

I have a million questions asked to me about this book.....most of them are "If i use this book that lists international pharmacies, I can order in AAS right?" Well you can certainly try, but do not think that the US customs doesnt know these address' by heart, or everyone for that matter. Your best bet is what Samoth said, it might be useful when you travel out of the country.

I don't think i would buy this book. I'm just to big of a pussy to try to order something from overseas.
