Total newbie in need of advice.

Ok so I'm 21, 5'9" 190, I'm an MMA fighter, I had to take some time off due to injury from a motorcycle and I ballooned up to 230, I want to get back to fighting at 170, currently I'm on Brn-2 from American Cellular labs, and have been for about two weeks, I'm on a lean protein, low fat diet. But my problem lies in that I want to get the rest of this body fat off, and then I want to add some serious strength, with as little weight as possible. I was looking at Clen , and Winny, probably on seperate cycles, but I've seen other threads on here saying they aren't good for first cycles and such. I know other guys in our gym are swearing by American Cellular's Tren Extreme, but I see them putting on significant weight gains too.

I lift daily, I do most my lifts, 3 reps at a high weight for the first two sets, then high reps for two more sets. Its something I got out of a muscle building magazine because it said the low reps high weight won't put much size on but will add strength, and the high reps will burn fat.

I do daily cardio, and twice a week I do an intense plyometrics workout.

    Thanks for any help guys!

you're on the right track with diet and cardio. winny without test is no good in my opinion, and regardless if you aren't already under 10%bf the winny won't help. against popular belief, winny does not burn fat. Some guys love clen , I've never used it myself, never needed it. Perhaps look into Lipoflame, I think a lot of the guy who makes it and I can tell you it's worked wonders for those I know who have used it. I wouldn't use anything just yet though, go as far as you can with proper diet and cardio.

How long have you been working out? Be alittle more in depth with your diet and break down each meal. Yu could probably try some clen depending upon what your current diet looks like.

My diet isn't exact, what I've done is cut it down to things like whole wheat pastas and brown rice, grilled chicken and fish, eggs, and fruits. My body fat is still pretty high at this point, I haven't had it measured since I was wrestling in high school, but I'd estimate from those days that I'm somewhere around 20-23%, when I was 230 I was probably close to 30% or more.

Also I've been working out for about three months hard , most of that was hard cardio and light lifting, its been about a month of lifting now.

I'm not so worried about the weight, Brn-2 is working for what I need right now, and as a wrestler all my life I can get to 170 when I need to I'm sure, I just wanna get that lean build and get some serious strength without the weight gains, its hard to compete with these guys who are on multiple cycles of tren .

I was looking at a stack that included Clen , Winny, and Tren for lean muscle mass, and shredding. Its called "The Ultimate Cutting Stack" I want to get off another 15 pounds before I start anything but I thought if I start getting advice now, I'll have a little more knowledge by then instead of going in blind.

Stay far from that, you don't need that esspecially as an MMA fighter. The only I could recommend is once you have training and diet truly down pat, and get to your target weight, you could run a cycle of test. Although that is after you have lost the weight, test or any other steroid for that matter is not a good idea at high bf. The test will give you that boost of strength and endurance you are looking for once thats done.

If you think you will have a hard time cutting, Clen could help, as it is not a steroid , and it will help you to keep muscle while cutting. Start by hitting the diet section though.

Ive been on this site since sept of 08 so let me tell you that you are getting the best advice you can. I was in your shoes as well not 230 but definately wanted to change the way I look. Before you go into any gear you HAVE to get that diet and cardio dialed in. There's no magic "pill" that will get you lean. Take it from me brother. Ive tried clen and Im relatively smaller in size than you with @15%bf and I couldnt stand it! Trembling, hard time sleeping, etc. Wasnt worth it to me. I tweaked my diet and cardio and got my results while sleeping like a baby...jmo....
