    Keto and Dreams

I started taking 1mg of Keto before bed, to prevent receptor down regulation, and I am having some of the most fscked up dreams... I wake up probably 10 times during the night, and I have been having brutally violent and intense dreams... Has anyone else had this problem?

Everybodys different. When I cycle my dreams are fairly ****ed. I wouldnt worry unless you start waking up with blood on your clothes and hands. LOL.

I personally used Keto at 2-3grams a night and the term "may cause drowsiness" is very under-stated, it knocks me out cold! and yes i do have weird dreams and chunks of my short term memory dissapear. On me personally it has a strong "drowsiness" effect.
