    big night mid cycle. Advice plz

    he guys. Im 5 weeks into my cycle. I havent touchd alcohol at all. My birthday is cumin up and i know im gona hav a big night. Il be 8 weeks in by then(12 week cycle). How much of a setback would it be? Anything i cn use to reduce the damage of alcohol? It is only 1 night.

    just go enjoy your birthday bro...the set backs will come the next day when you dont eat right, dont train and feel like shit...IF you drink too much. when you get right the following day get back to your routine and you will be fine.

    its one day...dont make it a habit.

    if your taking orals then maybe not a good idea to drink even if its one night.

    Vitamin C and plenty of water the next day. But you don't HAVE to drink.

    go and get wasted, you will 100% feel like shit, you won't be able to drink as much and if you do you will be out of you tree (thats the good part, it's cheaper too!)
    Bedtime : Water, try to get a liter in and some resolve (paracetamol + vit C).
    Don't lie in bed in the morning, rather do some light exercise, by the evening you will be back in your routine.
    Make it an exception rather than a a regular excuse

    thanks for tha advice guys. Im not doing orals. Im takin milk thistle and multi v's and stuf. Im nt a heavy drinker anyway. Its a bit hard wen all ya best friends are havin a crazy night, and your not, lol. It wil definately be a one off though.

    I agree have fun and drink if you want. Like everyone said lots of water. I would also add drink lots of water before hand as well and even during your night out. Order a drink along with a water. You will get a good buzz with less acohol. Trust me I know from experience.

    It is not going to kill you to have 4,5,6 drinks and catch a nice buzz but I would not go get completely Inebriated (I am so technical) LOL
