    Question cycle

    Hey gents:

    Looking to do a cycle in the fall. Not looking for huge gains but want to even out some imbalances (right calf) and acquire a larger neck and shoulders. Would like to cut down too since i am probably around 12-15% bf. Haven't been too strict with the diet lately

    Stats: 30, 200lbs, 5'10", have done winni oral and another couple of orals in the past with reasonable gains but no needles. will get down to 185 or so before my cycle.

    I have two (2) 15ml vials of 50/mg winni depot and 100 tabs of dbol 25mg. Was thinking of injecting 1cc every other day and taking a tab everyday.

    Any thoughts? Any additions to my cycle? Thanks!

    Horrible cycle.
    Your telling me you ran winni without test.
    Just running orals alone is a very bad idea.
    You should be looking into a test only cycle.

    I thought, since Dbol is derived from Test, that it would be a good alternative.

    If I shoul get some test, what type, how much and when?

    I would look into getting test e, and run you winni with it..you can make a good cycle

    now what about a PCT so we can keep those gains when this is all said and done..

    as for PCT, i am pretty good at weening myself off as i approach the end, so the last two weeks or so, i would foresee myself tappering down the dbol . not sure what to do right now about the winni.

    i was thinking of getting some Nolvadex or Proviron . Should i use that during the cycle, or near the end (last couple of weeks and then beyond) or should i do it only after?

    As a novice/intermediate, i don't want to be running too much incase my body doesn't react well to it, and i am not looking for massive gains.

    I would not use nolva during cycle unless you have to to prevent gyno or get ride of it...

    you pct should consist of clomid and nolva and even a-dex or arom....

    so I would got with something like
    clomid 100mg ed for two weeks then drop it down to 50mg ed for two more weeks

    nolva 40mg ed for two weeks then drop it down to 20mg ed for two more weeks..

    a-dex .50 eod for the four weeks.

    dont drop your dose because it really does nothing for you if you are shut down you are shut down....

    so write out your cycle the way you want to run it and let us take a look at it..

    just start reading up on here,, you have a bit to learn if you wanna do this right

    What are your shoulder exercises? Neck exercises?

    I try to do three or four sets, staying between 12 reps to 6 reps. I would likely do 3 or 4 exercises for my shoulders.

    Shoulder:

    Shoulder Press (sometimes with bar, dumbells seated, or machine)
    Dumbell side raises (dumbell or cable crossover)
    dumbell front raises (dumbell or bar)
    Iron cross (dumbell front raise, from pronate to supranate, then to my sides and reverse, low weight)

    Neck:

    Only really shrugs with a bar, or sometimes with dumbells.

    likely want to increase these muscles b/c they don't get much bigger doing only these exercises. any suggestions?
