    Cycle/PCT help

    I am planning on running dbol @30-50 mg/ed for 4 weeks while running 500mg/wk of test enanthate for 12-14 weeks. I have done one cycle about a year and a half ago of 500mg/wk test enanthate for 14 weeks. During the previous cycle I gained about 25lbs, ran nolvadex (liquid) for 4 weeks and now, a year and a half later, I'm back to the same size I was before the original cycle.

    I am 26, have been lifiting for 7 years (10 years, but the first 3 were not too solid), I currently weigh 165-170 @ about 11% bf and am 5'11. I eat approximately 3500 calories a day, 250-300g a day of protein.

    Basically I'm looking for some insight on the above cycle (dbol/test e) and what kind of PCT I should run to actually retain some size.

    brother roids take you above your natty limits so being off 1 1/2 years is way longer then it takes to shrink back down, its why we keep runing cycles unless you want to be natty and thats what you reverted to pct is a whole nother story pal and it wasnt why you shrunk, keep training and go time on time off then back on and youl keep gains + gain more thats how its done its never ending unless you wana be natty

    2 seperate issues, I'd run clomid/nolva/aromasin for pct, but I would also head to the diet forum and lay out your complete diet, I'll bet there is room for improvement.

    I think you need to spend some more time training naturally and eating right.
