is it better to take 500mg of sust in one shot once a week or should I be taking 2 250mg shots. 2cc's freakin hurts thinking maybe taking 1cc every four days would be better.

Sust should really be shot EOD, but since you're only doing 500mg, twice a week is perfect. And I know what you mean, 2CCs can really make a good day go bad.

If possible, mix the sust with something like Deca . Good luck!
