    b-6 for prog gyno

    been reading b-6 vitamin can help with progesterone gyno seeing if anyone here as tried this and if so what were the results thanks

    Yes it can help, but it can only help so much. It you end up getting a good case of progestin sides, your best bet would be bromo or caber.

    it is all I use when running Tren , and so far so good.....but I am not gyno prone, so its hard to say for someone who might be if the B6 would be enough for them

    I've been hearing this myself but never have seen any direct proof.

    There are studies that state it decreases both PgR and PRL.

    Vit B6 can also be counter productive. It reduces steroid gene-transcription and can damage the CNS in larger doses.

    Stay at around 100mg/ED IMHO.

    as swifto stated the doses used for progesterone mitigation pose risks for neurotoxicity.
    caber more then does the job.

    I used 200mg/day of b6 while on 400mg/week of tren and it worked.

    thanks guys will progesterone induced gyno also cause lumps or is that condition only from excess estro

    Progesterone gyno can form lumps,i also like b6 at 200 mg a day.A sign of too much b6 is your hands will tingle,and it feels just like when your arm falls asleep.

    PgR gyno is rare. Estrogen is usually the cause, made worse by PRL.
