acne come back after accutane?
I suffered from mild acne for years. I was prescribed Accutane after all other treatments failed (DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH ANYTHING ELSE). I used Accutane at 30mg per day for 5 months. Finally my acne cleared.
Now i want start my first cycle with test e.
the question is: the acne can return after a treatment of accutane?
I have read that a lot of persons have never had more problems (even under steroids ) with acne after the treatment with accutane...

50:50 ... maybe ur good to go forever , maybe it hits hard back... try and error... u could use like 20mg every 3 days for maintanance...almost zero sideeffects and its more likely to stay clear...

Yes it can come back, your hormone levels are highly elevated during cycles (estrogen).
20mgs during cycle should be enough to prevent breakout

I had severe acne ands till wasn't prescribed accutane LOL..... but to answer your question..... it is definately possible for your acne to come back. I haveto take accutane while on cycle to keep my acne under control - if i'm not on it..... for get it.....
There are research labs out there that carry accutane...... sources also..... 20mg's/day should do the trick if acne starts. I wouldn't run it thountili saw the acne comming back. Once the 20mg's/day gets it under control..... use 10mg's/day to maintain.
Accutane is said to be very liver toxic..... i personally believe that if it's run in low dosages and your not abusing your liver already with other orals and alcohol - you should be fine.
good luck man

Depends on the person, I was put on Accutane as a teen, and after my first cycle it came back (not that bad, a little bacne and face) but it cleared up eventually

if i dont use accutane, can sunlamp (2/3 sunlamp a week) control steroid acne?

I used accutane 20mg/ED for 6 months when I was prescribed it about 7 years ago. For the majority of the people that use accutane it makes permanent effects on your body. Acne i think is inevitable, I believe everyone gets it from roids at least a little, some a lot. I never get acne during a cycle. I only get acne when I come off compounds, like for example I can be taking 3 different roids and just come off one of them and acne starts and I would assume that happens because of the fluctuation of blood levels of that roid causing an imbalance and acne arises. But hell the acne I get from roids is mild and usually only lasts about 2 weeks and then completely clears up and I think that has to do with accutanes permanent effects on my oil glands or whatever the hell it did because I never have a problem with acne until I come off and even then its not bad and lasts a short time.

accutane cuts down on the sebum (oil) on the skin. i would assume when u stop talking it the oil production goes back up to normal. Theres an herb out there called pau d'arco you can buy, its tree bark that basically does the same thing as accutane but not quite as effective, it cuts down oil production as well as an immune booster, and less side effects but like anything else i wouldnt abuse it. its like 7bux at any store that sells herbs/vitamins.

accutane permanently effects oil glands and such so your acne will not come back until you cycle. even when I cycle my acne is not bad unless I take a high dose. and the type of acne you get can be different. tanning makes red spots less visible but there is no evidence showing that uv exposure decreases acne. if tanning cured your acne then either you have dry skin and need it to be moisturized (tanning lotion) or you have oily skin and when you tan it dries out your skin causing acne to fade. either case can be fixed with either lotion or showering with soap that has no scent or color (softsoap) and especially no bodywash or conditioner,

i personally dont have experience with the uv. My Dr advised it though and some old gearheads here in the sandbox also advised it. I dont know if sun exposure is same. Plenty of it here but i stayed wrapped up all day except face and neck. Any idea how long after a cycle till the acne goes away if mild? Is it the deca or test causing it??

any compounds that mess with your hormone levels cause it. once they leave your system and your natural levels return, then it will start to go away.
mine even goes away on cycle, as soon as my body gets accustomed to the test or whatever being there.

How bad is your acne when it comes? I too took Acutane about 10 years ago and haven't had ANY issues since. I've had a zit here and there but that's all. One of my fears with taking a cycle is going thru that crap again. I also would never want to take Accutane again as it made my lips and ears so dry I could hardly stand it.

accutane does have a series of side effects - how bad they are to each person is dependant on that person. While using accutane - be careful of sun exposure..... it makes your skin more sensitive to the sun.
Another good product to use is vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) - taken in higher dosages over a period of time..... acne will clear up. If i wasn't going to use accutane...... vitamin B5 would be my choice..... hands down.

I'd back down the dosage...... since acne comes back while on cycle or durring pct..... why take accutane for the 3 months on cycle and put up with the sides? I usually only take it when i see my acne starting to flare up..... run 20mg's/day until i see it subsiding then run a low maintenance dosage. Running 20+mg's/day for month's on end will destroy your lips LOL

acne flares up for me at about week 4 or 5...... and it stays bad until about a few weeks after PCT......
It's going to depend on your body...... over time, after the cycle, it eventually will go away yes..... how quick that happens..... no one knows. It's usually when your hormone levels return to normal but for me it seems to linger a little bit longer.

Use an AI when using aromotasables too. Control estrogen.
Stay away from very androgenic compounds, like Tren .
Keep blood plasma concentrations as stable as possible.
DHT can also contribute, so some DHT-derivatives may cause acne.
Use the lowest doses of androgens possible. Be sensible.

Keep in mind that if you have any 'acne' on your chest, shoulders, back...it may actually not be acne. I have had a problem while on cycle with pityrosporum folliculitis. Essentially the AAS that you take causes an imbalance of the bacteria and yeast that we have on our skin. (and yes everyone has bac/yeast on their skin, it's natural).
What happens is the balance shifts towards the yeast, and they plug and fill the hair follicles which in turn causes acne like raised red bumps on the skin. You will notice that these are different however as they are hard nodules without any fluid that can be 'popped' out of them.
If this is what you have then go to your dermatologist and ask for a script for Diflucan, it cleared mine up right away (within 3 days).
The Dr's are aware that AAS can cause this and one of the first questions my derm asked me was whether I took roids. I came up with a story that my family doc gave me some antibiotics for a cold and she said that could cause it as well.
Furthermore, I too have taken accutane in the past. Acne is really no problem for me since then, but my back broke out pretty bad while on my last cycle. The same derm told me to just get an acne wash that contains at least 10% benzoyl peroxide. It did the trick and cleared me up.
You have to be careful though because it will bleach most any cloth it comes in contact with. My sheets had a bleach spot right where I slept. And I ruined a couple shirts.

Try the OTC PH, H-Drol by CEL. I break out bad and I didnt on that. I loved it.
I'd also suggest that (for those who are acne prone) to use a short estered Test, like Test Prop. That way you can get the compound out of your system if needed asap. I wish I used Test Prop and not Enanthate .
Var and Tbol also shouldnt cause acne.

I'm not one of those LOL.... had it as a teen..... get it now when im on cycle. My acne wsn't as "severe" as that picture you posted..... but it was pretty damn bad. My cheeks and forehead weren'ts too bad - but they'd get HUGE cyctic like acne bumps on them..... my neck was worse..... really gross actually LMAO.
One girl said i was like a "Ken" doll w/ acne LOL! It wasn't funny at the time tho haha. Accutane definately changed my life..... and self esteem. Should everyone take it...... no. Should everyone try to self-medicate themselves..... no. I researched the stuff and weighed the risks to benefits and decided to doit.
