    T3 and Anavar

I was wondering about a schedule for T3/Clen . I am 5'7" and 165 lbs. Also, if I do a 6 - 8 week cycle of T3 should I take the Clen continuous and use Keto or Benadryl every 3rd week or is it still better to do Clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off? Also, I've read you should do an anabolic with T3 since it's catabolic, but I have about 30lbs of post baby fat to lose. I have been thinking about taking anavar , my husband says it's very mild, but I don't know when is the best time to start - now or after I've lost more of the weight - which will be more beneficial? Also, what is a good dose to start at?

    Any advice is much appreciated.

There is no need to add drugs at this point. Personally I dont believe in t3 at all, not that it doesnt work, personally I just dont like the idea of messing your thyroid. Clen is a split decision and has risks very documented risks.

Anavar is mild but should be used with caution in females.

Really, I strongly suggest you stay away from drugs at least for now and focus on doing this the right way with cardio and diet. Alot of people use clen as a crutch and with poor diet and workout plan they still fail at meeting there goals.

I would suggest going to the diet and workout section first. You will see with those two things in check how much progress you can make.
