    Question bridging?

hey guys currently running my first cycle
test ethanthate 500mg weekly 12 weeks,
    dbol 4 weeks, 40mg daily
its been 4 weeks so ive dropped the dbol 2dai

    BTW CYCLE IS GOING GREAT!!!!!!!

stats as im sure u all want
    weight: 207pounds
    height 180cm
    bf 10-11%
    age: 25

ive been doing alot of reading about bridging between cycles to prevent the muscle loss u get during PCT,

considering "I AM" going to run a second cycle after this one i was thinking of bridging between the 2 cycles so i dont loose any muscle, and then do proper PCT
my aim with this current cycle is purely size
my second will prob aim for lean muscle gains, strength, definiton and maybe a small decrease in bodyfat (BUT the drop in bodyfat isnt a main goal since im fairly lean)

was wondering could someone tell me whats a good way to bridge?

i currently train with 2 friends who bridge between cyles (both are monsters) and have reccomened i use a small amount of test, with anavar or 10mg dianabol daily to bridge

however these guys also reccommended that my first cycle be 50mg dbol daily 4 weeks and 600mg test eth weekly, with 400mg deca weekly for another 12 weeks
which after doing research i found that was alot for a first cycle and id say idiotic to do

so i thought id ask in here what yous think is a good, safe and effective way to bridge?

You need to stop and slow down, you need to walk before running.

Just do the planned first cycle and go into PCT, if you bridge two cycles together you will be doing one huge cycle with a long shut down and do you want to have some serious problems what occur when shutting your system down for so long? you haven't even done your first cycle yet and your considering doing something advanced!

You should recover fine, seeing its your first cycle and you should if you have done everything right maintain good quality muscle what you have built.

It wasn't someone on here was it? That is just terrible advice for someone still in the process of running their first cycle. Like Marcus said, it is mainly conditional.

    Good luck and BE CAREFUL

again and again , WRONG .

and i repeat , there is nothing whatsoever that proves that you will be shutdown forever after cruising or bridging or whatever .

i believe those who KNOW their bodies reaction real well can consider bridging.

surei dont recommend that you do that , at least not now . not because "its dangerous" or "you will be on TRT for life!!" , but because you dont have the necessary experience to know your body , and how to handle side effects if they happen with you , you need to know how to handle it and what to do.
with a lot more details than a simple test only first cycle ( which is a great clean ,safe and effective cycle).

by the way , i've been on for 6 months and i recovered pretty darn well and in a typical time as standard cycles after staying on that long and using between 250- 1200 mg of test per week.

^^ agree... Wouldn't recommend someone bridging at your age though or cycle experience.
