    Beginner cycle, critique please..

    Hey people,

    Im new to the site, about to start a cycle, tell me what you think.

    First of all, Im 23, 6ft, 85kg at the moment. Have been training for about 2 1/2 years, diet hasnt always been the best but definetly nailed now! I have used Dbol before, by itself, yes very silly in hindsight! Although I still managed to keep about 5kg of gains. Have done a lot of research since then so that I get things right this time around.

    Anyways here goes

    Week 1-12 600mg week Test E (2 shots per week)
    Week 1-5 25mg DBol ed (5 tabs spread evenly throughout the day)
    Week 1-12 40mg Proviron ed

    Pct
    Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 start at week 15

    Would really like to run hcg on cycle, but certain compounds can be very hard to come by in my neck of the woods.

    Couple of other questions,
    1. Is it worthwhile running a natural test booster during pct at all?
    2. Would it be worth thowing some T4 in there? (As I have some spare, dont tell me to use t3 its almost impossible to get here)

    Are you trying to bulk? 85kg is around 187lbs, and at 6' , with a solid diet, you should be able to put on another good 40 natural pounds. What does your "nailed diet" look like? In detail please.

    Id drop the test down from 600 to 500mgs per week this being your first time running a compound like this 500 is plenty no need to over do things.

    Totally agree.
    187lbs even with a very low body fat % is kinda small for 6' tall. I wouldn't run a cycle till atleast 200lbs min.

    At that point, assuming diet and training are perfect, I'd stick with a basic test only cycle. You don't want to start tossing in different compounds untill you know how your body will react to the Test.

    Something like Test E or C, for 10 weeks at 250-500mgs weekly, followed up with proper PCT.

    1-4 dbol 40 mg
    1-12 test e 500mg a week(2 x 250mg)
    pct starts week 15
    nolva
    40/40/20/20
    clomid
    100/50/50/50

    agree with sigman
    im currently on my first cycle now doing that exact same cycle above
    i also started at 86.4kg
    getting great results with no sides so far, 4 weeks in so i reccomend that

    You've only been training for two years and your diet needs to be looked at lol.

    Train for another two years and get that diet sorted..
