    Best book for a newbie?

I have never used steroids and don't know if I ever will but I am very intersted in learning more about them. I have only started working out again a few months ago and am focussing on losing weight right now but I would like to work on building muscle more when I get down to my goal weight. At this point I am trying to gather as much information as I can and this sight has been very helpful so far. I have seen a few books offered online about the subject of steroids and I was hoping someone could help me determine what would be the best book to purchase for someone who has very little knowledge on the subject, I'm basically looking for an introduction. I don't want to get in over my head with a book that reads like a medical text. Thanks in advance to anyone who is able to help.

Goerge LLewellyns Anabolics book is really good when it comes to learning about the compounds and what exactly they do. I would not go by any of the proposed cycles he has listed i there but the information about the compounds is always right on target

alot of books have very odd cycles. I would use the search function alot also search for threads by guys like nark, goose, marcus300, swifto, taiboxa aka george, Bajanbastard, redbaron, pinnacle(fake pics or not alot of good info).

    Diet-C_Bino, Fireguy, Nark, Phate, Jamyjamjr.

anabolics 09 is nice. don't believe everything in but mostly all is true. some info like cycles seem to be weird and not very accurate but are also decent.
