Short guy hits the 10 kg mark
I'm male, 22 years old, 5'3".
I started bodybuilding 10 months ago. I was 52.5 kg at the very beginning.
Before I went on my first cycle, I was 54.3 kg.
Today, 10 weeks into my first cycle, I weigh 64.5 kg, so I weigh an extra 10.2 kg since the day I took the first injection. That's a gain of 22.49 pounds in 10 weeks.
About 3 weeks ago, my gains stopped for about 2 weeks. I upped the amount of protein shakes I have a day from 3 to about 6, and my gains took off again!
Since the beginning of my cycle, my body mass has increased by 18.78%. To put that into perspective for someone who's not as short as me, that's like a 5'10" guy going from 164 pounds to 195 pounds (an increase of 31 pounds). I look way bigger, and everyone I see is mentioning it.
At the moment I'm thinking of staying on the juice for another 2 weeks (bringing the cycle to a total of 12 weeks). Then I'm coming off for PCT with Clomiphene and Tamoxifen .
I'm not as lean as I was before the cycle (that's Sustanon for you), so some of the mass I've put on is water and fat. I hope I keep a fair bit of muscle though.Last edited by KimboHalfSlice; 07-31-2009 at 02:10 AM.

lol i want to be the first to say this , if u up your cal intake you could gain 10kgs in no time and getting the protein from shakes isnt as good as the protein from the food.. So quit trying to say that steroids changed your life, you could do that transformation with good diet any day !!!
anyway good work

I say good job. but yea eat real food. and keep your diet in check off cycle. and be prepared to lose a ton of water weight.

at 115lbs, you couldve easily made a lot of gains with diet. im the same height, and i was 140lbs 8%bf, before i started cycling. that was at 19 years old too.
i dont doubt that people are noticing. you went from a refugee camp victim, to a normal sized human being.
