Drugs on cycle

Drinking alcohol or smoking while on cycle.

What would be worse for ;
a) gains/recovery and
b) health

oh well which in general is the lesser of the two evils. I thought maybe alcohol lessened protein synthesis more than ****.. well i hoped anyway

If kept to a minimal, you should be alright. But, see how well you can keep yourself disciplined, and don't do either

it explained alot about the alcohol side of things - i thing this just confirmed wat i already knew which is good.

What about somethin similar for marijuana?

These are not my words, but something to think about....

Why bother to cycle if you are going to just waste it by doing other drugs. You cant tell me if you drink a lot of smoke p*t on cycle your diet is also good.

i dont smoke but i know people who do and i personally dont see a major problem aside from the obvious and even though i would like to leave this up its against board rules so i had to edit the rec. drug mentions out

For the record i have never done it and havent drunk once while on my current cycle, i was just curious as my roomate smokes pot and asked me to join him and i was curious as to how bad it was
