    Storage

New to all this and have a few questions that I did not see addressed.

    1. Do you store all gear in the fridge? Water and oil Based?
    2. During PCT do you do 20mg of Nolva all at once or twice a day at 10mg?
    3. What dose does a single syringe hold? 5mg,10mg or such?

    Thanks for your time.

Do not store your gear in the fridge water or oil based....

You can take the Nolva all at once although Nolva only is a weak pct....

If you have to ask this thrid question you are not ready for steroids . They hold varying amounts of CC's(aka ML) The amount of mg would vary based on the concentration per ml of the gear.

    1. - NO! NO steroids in the fridge. Just keep them in a cool dark place, like a cabinet.

    2. - I do all at once

    3. - Depends on the size of the syringe, 3cc 10cc and so on....

    Welcome to the board.

    1. Do NOT store oil based gear in the fridge !! just store in cool , dry , dark place

    2. I personally like to split the dose up at least twice a day.

    3. That's a broad question. Syringes come on different volumes. 3ml, 5ml, 10ml etc....

They don't hold MGs, they hold VOLUME of solution meaning either CC's or ML's
a compound could be concentrated at 250 mgs/ml, so ONE ML would = 250 mgs
or it may be concentrated at 200, 300 or whatever per ML so you will need to know the concentrations of the compounds
