need a pct cycle

hi all iam using test 400 and testex and i dont know much about a pct i have cheacked the forums and still none the wiser what i should be taking ? i have had some great help from energzier bunny but he dont know about whay i should be doing as he dont know much about test400 , any help or advice would be gratful

AI's mate nolvadex clomid etc you should have it before you started your cycle never done test 400 and testex but would think you'd find out the life of your gear and start doing your pct after that time at the end of your cycle. could also use armidex if getting sides during but i'm still learning. can you get your hands on any pct
