Anything worth taking to Help with an Injury?

Im going in the morning to a specialist to get checked out and then an MRI But I made a post in the injury's forum if anyone wants to check it out.

    Chest Injury while benching...

Maybe give me some idea or advice. I know Im gonna have to stay off it for a while which is fine depending on how bad it is. Just wondering if there is anything I can take to help recover and what May have caused the injury so it doesn't happen again cause obviously Im not too happy about it..

    Thanks guys

The only thing above rest is HGH. I am no doctor though. Preventing injury is all about hydration, nutrition, and staying flexible.

I would let it recover naturally... Don't try taking anything..... Rest is the best thing you can do.

Deca is good for the joints, not sure about any help with muscle repair.

If you can still do cardio and legs just concentrate on that and finish cycle. It sounds like the Anavar may even help a little, I dont think that was the culprit.

I'd finish the last couple of weeks.

You can still do your cardio, and work your legs some.

If it was about a third way into it, I'd say stop it and pct.

Sounds like a Tear to me, Sorry bro.

    Time to heal my friend.

    Good luck.

Some believe shooting igf-1 near the injury can help. You can look into it, but I'd probably just let it heal naturally.

Ya Ive read about people using Igf-1 for that too. Naturally is prolly the way to go. But If I was all natural I wouldnt been having this problem to begin with lol.. Always trying to get that little extra.

Well I just got back from the doc I didn't get the MRI back yet to see how bad. But its 100% a peck tear. He said I can go back to work and do legs core and cardio. But he recommends I get surgery to repair the tear. My doc said over time the muscle will retract and look unsymmetrical. He gave me about 10 days to decide weather to get the surgery or not, and also I would lose about 20% str if I don't do it.

Anyone have any experience with this?
