    nolvadex an antiestrogen?

can nolvadex be used to slightly reduce your estrogen or all it does is block the estrogen receptors in the breasts?

It's considered to be a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM), so it just blocks the estrogen at the breast.
