How much did you lose
On your first cycle, after pct and everything was said and done, how much did you gain and how much of that did you lose.
I'm trying to figure out on avg, how much I can expect to gain and lose after running my first cycle.
12 weeks test E 500mg week
4weeks dbol
clomid/nolva for pct

I gained about 30-35 pounds and lost 7-10 all said and done

gained 25, lost 15 due to inexperience, be tight on pct and beware overtraining when coming outa cycle

I'm doing the same cycle in a few months, and I'm hoping to gain 25-30lbs, and keep 15-20.

well my cycle was rubbish, dbol and deca , pct of 2wks clomid!!! jesus!! plus i was still trying to pull 5 reps outa 260kgs on d'lifts, squats etc for 4wks post cycle, what i mean is tht basically i blew my cns out and couldnt lift jack shit for 2 months afta=lost gains. now propa cycles, propa pct and drop the ego, weights arent gona be as big comon off

If your nutrition is spot on and PCT is lined out you should be able to keep a good amount of your gains!

About 25 lbs and kept about 15.

I can see how it could happen though, I had a friend start juicing using way to much and also taking "deca pills" (LOL) and he tried to get me to use it with him. It's why I don't trust anyone but myself, people will mislead the **** out of you and not know what the hell they're talking about, even your closest friends.

currently just finished my 2nd week of test-e only (5th injection tomorrow). I'll let you know how it goes when its all said and done. I gained about 5 lbs but thats only because I went from cutting on 2300 cals to bulking on 3300 now (i worked my way up to it). the test had nothing to do with this weight gain im sure

So for a first cycle a gain of:
30 lbs Very good
20 lbs Good
10 lbs Poor?
What about the percentage of mass you keep? how would you grade those?
Can someone with experience write up some numbers for us?

My first and only cycle was a bit unorthodox to say the least. Tren E and Primo E(injectable). The primobolan was underdosed at 200mg a week so I guess the 10lbs of lean muscle I got was from trenbolone alone. I ran it at 300mg a week for 8 weeks split into 2 shots as well as the primo. The PCT was right on though. I recover very quickly with HCG , nolva and clomid. I didn't lose anything. It was stupid I know but luckly everything turned out ok for me. That was 3 months ago. I've been away from the dark side since but I'll be back.

i went from a start of 80kg
upto 94kg after 12weeks sust 250
and dropped 5%bf
after pct dropped back to 89kg
lost a little strength gain 2% bf
was pretty happy

Kept 75% of my gains from my cycles . Until I stopped working out. Bout go ti back now.

I made a poll aout this exact same cycle configuration in the lounge to see what people thought.
Here is my opinion.. and this 90% depends on your diet and nutrition..
if that is spot on, and you are training properly with enough rest between bodyparts and 2 or so days off a week for total rest..
And this is of couse if you were using this as an all out bulker whwre you would be trying to pack on as much mass as you could not worrying about definition until after the end of the cycle..
I think putting a total of 25-30# on your frame at the end of 12 weeks should not be impossible first 4 weeks should get you 8-12# from the D-bol then an average of between 1.5 and 3# per week for the remaining 8. There is of course going to be 5-15# of loss after about a month or so of being off but 12-18# of good muscle in 12 weeks is very impressive and should be considered a good cycle. But remember, the strength you gained throughout your cycle is now going to make it easier to gain muscle even when you are off cycle because lifting heavy weights build muscle. So the next 10# of muscle you gain will come a lot quicker even though you are not on cycle anymore!
