need help and suggestion for newbie
Hi
I am newbie. I am 5' 10" and 150lb . I want to get some muscle and to gain weigh to 180lb.
What kind of steroid or HGH should I buy ?
Which is the best one for me and my body size. I don't have any clue.
Which website is the best website?
Anyone please give me any suggestion. I really appreciate it .

you should listen to these guys they really know what is best. And at your weigh yeah they are right diet is key and it seems like you can get some good gains for straightening out your diet.

I am 28. I think I don't have a good diet. I only eat twice a day . I should eat 5 times a day.

ye man set ya diet out properly..get all the nutrients you need...stick to a perfect diet for 6 months..it will work better then steroids at your size...good luck

you should be eating more like 6-8 times a day. small meals every 2 hours not only makes it easier for your ody to digest and utilize the nutrients, but it ends up making your body more efficient and will cause you to slowly over time burn and lose body fat. by not giving your body big chunks of any one nutrient at each meal, your body can use almost everything you put into it. more energy increse far burning are just some of the benefits of eating like this. I try to eat 6 X a day and if i can get it in, a 7th meal is always a plus in my book! Good luck and if there is any questions please use the diet section of this forum. Dude take it from everyone else, and especially me.
I'm 29, 6 foot, and 5 months ago I was 151lbs.
From DIET ALONE, I am now 187lbs (190lbs at my heaviest).
I'm going to lay 3 words on you right now, and they should haunt you on a daily basis because this is what's going to make you grow.
EAT, SLEEP, TRAIN.
Get over to the diet forum bro, you need 4000-4500 cals a day and about 300g of protein, start eating like a BEAST and you'll grow like one.
