Proposed Dianabol Dosing Schedule.
Hi all, i am starting my Test/Dianabol cycle next week and was just wondering what you guys thought of my dosing for the Dianabol. I thought about 3 doses throughout the day (50mg total)
8 AM 15MG
3 PM 15MG
11PM 20MG
What do you guys think?

50mg is bit high especially for first time. stick with 40mg.
just split it even throughout the day.

as long as you spread it out to 3 or so doses I think you'll be fine, I`m currently taking 60mg of oral winny 20mg 3 times per day.

just a heads up dbol can give hella heartburn, so taking it that late might suck.

3 doses is fine..... you could do breakfast lunch dinner and before bed. I try to split it up as evenly as possible.

i do 6am 9am 12am 3pm 6pm might adjust it, but so far it is working well

How long you been running that xephonics? What mg at each time? Thanks for the feedback!

hrmmm started the 7th, and got pretty damn good gains so far
was doing 7am, 11am, 3pm, then 7pm at 10mg each so 40mg/day
now doing 50mg per day at the schedule I posted

I would keep the doses closer together and keep your levels higher/ for a shorter time frame. For instance I do.. (50mg a day but experienced..)
9am.......15mg
1-1:30pm...15mg
6:30 (1hr before training) 20mg
Then thats it! after I train I let the levels fall throughout the night then spike them during my waking hours.
Remember....ther 1/2 ;life of Dianabol is only about 4-5hrs.. so we want to try and take it about every 4.5hrs...
try this 8am 10mg
12:30 10mg
5:00 10mg
*This is just a ballpark.. you should add 10 extra mg to whichever of these doses will e riight before you train this will give you 3 doses a day and a 20mg dose right before working out to give you a little extra "boost"
This is how I do and give my body and liver and kidneys a little break during the nighttime hours
