    Any suggestions on a first cycle

    OK im 5''9 155 lbs 23 years old I have done a couple light cycles and this one i want to do it right i know im light I don't train 5 days a week but i do workout and I have tried everyway to gain weight and atleast when im juicing I will get the results and it will help me gain my results so anyways anyone have some ideas on a safe first cycle. I think test is the best would sust be better now the clomids and so on im not to familiar with can anyone explain to me what they think thanks alot

    Well you obviously are falling short in the workout department, please list your diet including macros to see if that's poor as well.

    Am i seeing things? Am i asleep and dreaming that some kid keeps posting the same question over and over? Only before, you didn't mention these "light" cycles. I'm done with you man. Keep trying man but i assure you that no matter how many times you ask, the experienced guys here are going to tell you the same thing that we did. Later.

    Gai ning weight is never from the steroids it should only come from the nutrition. The only weight you gain from AAS is water weight in the beginning. and yes some muscle in the end but the way you gain that muscle is upping you caloric intake to cause your body to go into an anabolic state which in turn causes weight gain.. not the other way around! Not sure why you people have such a problem... i would much rather be the type to have a hard time gaining weight then they tyoe that has a hard time losing weight. But i still as long as I eat and train right can cut up whenever i want! So you guys should be able to bulk up whenever you want
