Ok, this is my first (cycle) i guess? I am using test, and only test 200mg with some good otc suplements. i have been on for bout 8 weeks i guess and gained little over 20 pounds, im at 190. They can definately test you for testsoterone! but how would they know if what you took is Testosterone? they would have to spen hundreds od f dollars to test for Deca, Trenbolone Etc.. Never Happen!
2. is this a safe and effective way to do a cycle, i never wanted to get really big, just wanted a bout 20 to 30 pounds of muscle and to be fairly strong. in my line of work im often (hands on with some ruffions) so i figured this would give me an edge. Test at 300-500mg Ew is always the best 1st cycle you can do.. If done correctly with proper PCT. If the PCT is not done correctly you will lose 90% of what you gained!
3. when i do come off, is there anything i need to do different. like change my workout routine. go lighter weights, less reps. take different suppliments? i want to retain as much as possible of what i have gained.
Only thing you might want to do is slowly adjust your diet. You still want to work out super hard to help solidify the muscle you have gained!
4. my little plan was, take lots of protein, test work hard gain, then after work on cutting down a little. im not sure what my body fat is, but i know its not much. just a little extra layer on my mid section i would like to get rid of. This is all in your diet not the steroids.. You ned to re evaluate the duet to lower some fat and carbs out of it and start doing some cardio tu get some type of thermogenics going.. Steroids do not burn fat, Cardio Does
i guess thats about it. im sure you have all heard these questions before and i am sorry but iv looked around and couldnt find the ansers. so any help would be greatly appreciated.
and i would have loved to do a (real) cycle, but were im at this stuff isnt easy to get, r atleast i dont know were and am to chicken to really look.
