    mono and AS

    what do i do if i have gotten mono in mid cycle?
    should I continue my cycle??

    I agree. Heavy exertion is a no-no when you have mono, due to the possibility of splenic rupture. That can put you out of action permanently (and even usher you into your next life)!

    Frankly I'm surprised you feel well enough to consider continuing your cycle. Most people with mono feel so crappy they can barely get out of bed!

    wtf is mono anyways? like actually biomechanically what is going on...? i had it before which frow what i understand ill still have it the rest of my life? nevertheless i really dont get it...

    That's a pretty cool web site. I had never seen it before. I thnk that answers the question about having EBV infection forever, but having no symptoms. The thing to remember is tha "mononucleosis" is a descriptive term. The symptoms can be caused by other infectious organisms as well. Regardlees, they all go away on their own in the patient with a normal immuine system.
