    EQ v.s DECA

    My question is very simple, i know EQ cuts down fat more than deca but does it really by that much? it's sad that i can only get EQ or deca and i have a bottle of EQ. EQ got a little more expensive and deca is like 40 bucks cheaper and im debating on whether i should have a pure EQ cycle or 5 weeks of deca and 5 weeks of EQ. My goal is to gain strength but more importantly, lose body fat. thanx

    I dont think that just 5 wks of either will help out too much. Anyone who responds to this is gonna recommend at least 8wks of both.

    deca gave me sever puffy nips at 200mg/wk. not that this happens to most people, but it happened to me.

    run either for atleast 8-10 and make yourself some fina..... that will definantly help you put on some LEAN mass

    Split the doseage for each in half and run them together for ten weeks.

    dude, either Deca or Eq will do squat alone at five weeks. You will just start seeing gains at five weeks. You know everyone on here will tell you to throw in Test with that also. Bump it up to atleast a Ten week cycle..

    EQ 12 weeks minimum at 400mg minimum
    Deca 10 weeks min at 200mg min

    EQ....less water and more vascularity. I didnt have a good experience with deca . The headaches were unbearable to me.
